The best, most authentic, and delicious Latin American food you’ll find outside of actually being in Colombia. Their menu is very extensive, offering real and difficult to find elsewhere dishes that have been consistent in their quality and near perfect flavouring and haven’t received a single item or dish that hasn’t been up to the outstanding standard we now expect each visit there. Pricing is comparable to any alternative option in London but indescribably better quality, ingredients, and taste. Great to go products if feeling sentimental and service is quick and friendly, you won’t find better or leave less than impressed.

I visited El Enkanto while I was in London for the weekend, craving some Latin food. When I arrived, the restaurant was completely empty. Since I had my baby with me — and his attention span is understandably short — I placed my order quickly, hoping not to wait too long.
Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over an hour for the food. When I asked the waitress how much longer it would take, she responded with a poor attitude, saying, “We’re a full house, there’s nothing I can do.” I mentioned that I had a baby and asked if there was any way to get something small for him sooner, but she simply looked at me as if it wasn’t her concern.
The restaurant was clearly not full — the real issue seemed to be that only two people were working: one server and one cook. It made the service extremely slow and inefficient. I might have been more understanding, but the dismissive attitude made it worse.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience, especially as a parent. This place is definitely not baby-friendly, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it based on this visit.

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The food was amazing, the bandeja paisa was spectacular and tasted just like home. Every bite brought me back to Colombia. The whole experience made me feel so comforted and connected to my roots. Also, the waitress who served us yesterday was incredibly kind and attentive, which made everything even better. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Colombian food and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Small, family owned, Colombian restaurant. I was in London from out of town. Ordered the platter for 2 special and avocado salad. The food was amazing! Tasted so fresh, home cooked, with tons of flavor. Would highly recommend!
