This must be the worst restaurant in all of north america, how is it still surviving? Cuzz of the price, $9.80, double burger, fries and pop, worst thin fries ive ever had, paper thing birger pattys, best part of rhe combo was the pop, and i hate pop, sorry, if the reviews could go into negative, this would be -10...i tossed out the whole combo, 🤷♂️

The cheesy chilli fries for $5 extra is a single sauce container. Not a container of each, but the cheese and chilli is mixed into one. The fries don’t have salt on them, they’re cold and tasteless.

Just got a cheese burger and fries. The guy working was probably the most polite we’ve ever gotten here. Didn’t rush us thru the order and very pleasant. Great service and awesome food. Thanks! 😁🍔 One potential area for improvement not for this visit but for pretty much every other one in the past is that typically we get iced tea or something similar and it is always very very watered down. 😔As a result, this time we got chocolate milk. Thank you.

These guys have been my go to burger place for the last couple years. McDonalds is 2 buildings down, but this places food is not only cheaper but better tasting. The staff here are always friendly with exceptional customer service. Today, i was accidentally placed on hold at the order sign for a couple minutes, something that has never happened before. An honest mistake, I have worked in food service before and it happens. I was not held up for any amount of time and they took my order at the window. They gave me a free fry for my troubles. It likely didnt cost the business anything on my order but showed that they care about their customers. It is the mark of a great business to take a minor inconvenience and turn it into a memorable positive experience for their customers. If you just want a cheap burger meal, look no further than this restaurant. They have my recommendation

Food takes a bit longer to make, that's why I only gave it 3 stars for service
I love pickle fries. They are always a good to. The inside of the restaurant always looks gross and filthy and the staff seem angry or blah when seeing them at the window. Staff could be kinder and the place could look a little more sanitary. Oh and the outside could definitely use an upgrade as the 80s are long gone.
