Your website says open until 10pm. I drove through at 9pm and sat at the speaker for 5 mins before pulling up to the window. I then sat at the window for two mins with no one helping me. I pulled out and back around to look through the front window to see if anyone was working and there was indeed someone inside WEARING a HEADSET, so I pulled back around and sat at the speaker for another few minutes before eventually giving up. I’d have no problem if you were closed and they were just staying behind too finish cleaning as that would be on me, but the website says open and then open sign is on!!!

I like hamburgers, but unfortunately this point of sale is disappointing, it is a waste of time to go, every time I go there is never anyone, on two occasions I have had to go down and knock on the glass to receive attention, and the last time there was no one , it's really not worth going.

Honestly only Londoners like this place, I feel like I’m the only real Londoner who accepts this place for what it is. Absolute garbage?
They must have reheated already old fries, and when I came back to ask for a fresh one they told me “they can’t do anything once it leaves the window” and that “they were fresh out of the fryer” and wouldn’t replace them. I ordered a new fry for my toddler cause they first ones were too chewy and old for her to eat.Sorry that I drove home(within the same block), discovered the fries were no good and drove back, which “too much time”Somehow the new fries, which were piping hot, didn’t get chewy 5 minutes later. Hmmmmm.Really you’d rather lose customers than replace 25 cents worth of old fries? Thats embarrassing.Also change your fryer oil.

Definitely an underrated burger joint. Just take notice there’s price increases on the menu. But $20 for 10 burgers, can’t go wrong. Don’t get me started on the bucket’o crazyfrys! Shakes are delicious and the service is always pretty good. Especially considering they’re usually in there working by themselves. Perfect for a quick late night dinner!
