This store has the worst service. We waited over an our for our delivery. We called and we're hung up on multiple times. When we finally got through, they said we were out of their delivery area. We are only 2km away. They didn't call to tell us this. They just didn't send it. I will not be using this location again.

Went to order and the lady that was making my food kept cutting me off over and over and was being very pushy. I have been eating here for years now and I am not sure if a company policy has come down and changed but the amount of noodles was the smallest amount to my burrito and to my bowl. I wish I could say I want to keep supporting but if this is how the experience will go I will choose to spend my money somewhere else.

So today my wife went in to order her typical pulled pork burrito which has been offered since we've been going here for the last 3 years. But apparently they have taken it off their menu due to religious reasons being the fact that they are Muslim or Islamic. I totally understand that if it's against your religious beliefs to eat pork but how does that effect the sale of it to your customers - genuine question. You are basically forcing your beliefs on me. That's like me turning down an reno estimate for your church because I'm Christian.

I got a large burrito. I think it weight probably as much as my baby did when he was born lol The portions are huge. The only thing it needs a little more of seasoning of some sort . The rice is very bland. But otherwise I'd go back again.

i love the burritos and the service a location opened up a few months ago in my area and i never tried it before so i went in and had a burrito and fell in love with the food the restaurant is my favorite now for burritos and i love there service the rideau street location is amazing the staff are polite and very helpful

First off I want to state that fat bastard as a chain is excellent. I suggest the wharncliff location instead. This location has on multiple occasions tried to charge us bullshit charges for asking for a 2nd sauce. No other location has ever tried that. They also don't prepare food the same, we kept getting the wrong seasoning and when we asked why they told us they just use pepper and not the seasoning that every other store uses
TLDR - fat bastard is great... this location is stand alone bad for not following rules and trying to slide in extra charges
