I’ve been here a couple times. Everytime I come. The guy working has an insane attitude problem. The girl he works with is okay she was nice. But this guy makes every order difficult and will mess things up on purpose. Hope they fire this guy

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year, and it’s been nothing but consistently terrible service. The staff turns over faster than anywhere I’ve seen, and it shows. no training, no accountability, and no care for customer experience.

This is now the ninth time my order has been completely wrong. I wait close to 40 minutes, only to be handed a burrito that has none of what I asked for, again. I’ve raised the issue before and nothing changes. It’s clear management here doesn’t take feedback seriously.

Save yourself the frustration. The Wharncliffe & Commissioners location proves that this brand can do better. this branch just chooses not to.

awful.... it's so hot and they don't even consider running the air. you can see the employees sweating as well. The employees are amazing but the store is awful.
my family did not even want to stay inside to order.. I just ordered my food and my family was waiting in the car.

I ordered a bowl with pulled pork.
Then asked for a topping and was told that I could not have it because it’s not a burrito. He said I would have to buy chips to get the topping on the side.
I’ve been eating here for a while and I’ve never been refused a topping on anything I’ve ordered… very confused and disappointed with order. Especially for how much I paid.

Workers give attitude, took 10 mins to understand how to pay half cash and card…overcharging my usual order and had to correct them…immediately come in and the guy rolls his eyes, hard to ask for more of something (skimpy with ingredients)when they look mad at you.

Just ordered here for the first time with my partner, the girl working was very nice, good atmosphere and this burrito bowl looks tasty AF! Thank you :)

I ordered a burrito and loaded waffle bowl. First off the loaded waffle bowl on the picture looked nice and full when I got home with my order it was nothing like it a very small portion and didn't have any taste. The burrito wasn't bad but honestly had way better at other locations. The girl that took my order had a little language barrier and I'm not holding that against her but she spoke so fast that you couldn't understand what she was asking you and had to ask her multiple times to repeat herself. Please slow down so you customers can understand you. I

This was the first time ever going to fat bastard burrito and I've had alot of people mention that it's a ripp off but I wanted to try it for my self but they were not wrong. I'm very disappointed and would rather go somewhere else.

Very disappointed that there was ONE person working a Saturday afternoon. Came with a group of friends and waited over a half hour. No blame whatsoever on the worker, not their fault that they were scheduled ALONE on a SATURDAY afternoon. Food was delish and they were very kind despite the circumstances.
