Catastrophically short staffed. One person. The staff person did not greet me for 3 or 4 minutes. I went the the bathroom. He finally acknowledged me, by went back to preparing food. I had to ask him to take my order. Other customers were served a bit quicker. The waffle fry plate was cold the cheese did not melt. Queso would serve the dish better. The burrito had a taste that was unpleasant, bitter herbs perhaps, that I threw out. For $25 I certainly did not get value for money.

I was waiting in line when I observed the one and only worker was taking their time making 3 whole burritos. There was one customer ahead of me, and I was not in a rush. During this time, he very rudely told me to wait. While I was waiting, I watched him pull a bag of dehydrated meat from a dirty shelf. He then put a kettle in a dirty sink and started mixing the fake meat in front of me. Additionally, I watched the server touch the garbage can several times without washing his hands. He did change his gloves but it got worse... He did not wash his hands prior to the change... He was then using his breath to blow into what was supposed to be sanitary gloves. That is very disgusting and disturbing during cold and flu season. Please train your employees on proper and sanitary preparation (hygiene). I ended up leaving and ordering nothing.

I highly recommend this place. I was completely impressed with the costumer service and very friendly people. The food quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time.
A few parking spots right out front and plenty of spots around the area. Handicapped parking right out front.Food was very tasty and was served in a timely manner as well. From order to leaving was about 10 mins for a Huge Burrito, Loaded Waffle fries and 2 cheesecake burritos.
Got a wonderful service along with that good taste.
