Fries were inedible as they were cold on the inside and very undercooked.I'm not sure what kitchen staff was working, or if bots were paid to rate this place, but either way, it's a bad look.Check our my other ratings. Nice place. But staff not listening carefully the orders. At the and miss some of them and don't bring. Also was ordered steak, and bring cooked not like I am ordered. But they made new one. Cab very loud near the stage.

Very good service and decent food! The environment is very spacious and it is very old style, overall it is a very comfortable space. Staffs are so positive and happy and very good service. For the food, I got a Cobb salad, the grilled chicken is perfectly right and it is so yummy. With the bacon it's so flavourful. However, I really don't like the blue cheese in the salad, it has too much of a strong taste, overpowering the taste of the salad overall. It is also in a good portion size! For the steak, my friend ordered medium rare but when it came, it was a bit over medium rare but it is still good! Fries are not too salty and there are veggies to balance out the whole dish! The appetizer we got was amazing, it is the garlic bites, the sauce is made just right and it is very yummy! The chicken are boneless chicken and with the sauce on top, it is very delicious!

My mom, my two sons and I went there last Sunday for lunch. It was our first time at Fionn MacCool's North. I got a gift card and it was one of the places where it could be used, so we decided to give it a try without knowing what to expect. I honestly have to say that we loved it there, the overall experience was excellent. From the moment we entered we were welcomed by Lesley who made us feel welcomed, entertained and well taken care of. The food was excellent, we had fish and chips and children chose burger and chicken wings from the kid's menu. The overall atmosphere was chill and friendly, the place itself was clean and cozy. We loved it for the staff (Lesley is so wonderful) and for the food. Will be back there soon, I would recommend to a friend without hesitation. Thank you for the experience Fionn Mac Cool's Staff! It was so nice to feel and be treated like a regular client while visiting your place for the first time!

Hot and humid so decided to eat indoors with a couple of other tables instead of on the patio. The thick cut calamari are my favourite appetizer but this serving was very greasy. I ordered another app for my main. I requested a vegetarian version of quesadilla but it arrived with chicken. As the waitress set it down, she noted the mistake and said the kitchen could redo. I offered to keep it and, when the bill came, they had discounted by 50%. Since they knew in the kitchen the order was wrong, why would they not fix it there? Anyway, the effort to change the bill was appreciated. However, the substitution of ketchup for the salsa was not. Ketchup with quesadilla- really? Grand daughter thoroughly enjoyed her Guinness steak bowl with 2 mini Yorkshire puddings, chips and a side of guacamole @ $18.75. It was a good portion but she somehow found room for a large slice of white chocolate cheesecake with chocolate sauce. I prefer the South London location.

I think the prices are just a bit on the high side, as lunch for two with a drink each was $70. That's a fair chunk of change for lunch. The steak I had was flavourful, but unfortunately it was a bit tough. I don't expect top notch steak at a pub like this, but I think a little better quality would be nice. My biggest issue was a drink on the menu called the Irish bomber. I'm not one of those people who gets offended over every little thing, but as a person of Irish descent, I find the name very derogatory. All in all though, I would return, because I do like the atmosphere and the waitress was great.

Service was excellent, my food was great but the bfs food wasn't cooked the way he asked. Steak was supposed to be medium well and they gave him rare. We eneded up switching food since I like my steak like that and he liked my sandwich.

Well we showed up and Mikaela had water with lemons waiting for us at the table and then the appetizers which where super sweet (as in very great!!!) showed up!!! Mikaela was very fun to talk with and explain everything to us!!! The food was very good thanks to the kitchen staff!!! We will be returning to this restaurant in the future!!! We were there for lunch.
