I always loved there coffee and I had subscribed to get it every couple weeks and then when I was charged recently and my order didn't seem to come on time i checked there website and phone number and neither exist anymore so seems like they closed down but still charged people for the subscription. Pretty shady....

I've never been to their location in person but I order their coffee beans. Their coffee is so good. Fire roasting is much better than other ways as it can preserve the flavours of the bean more. Fantastic coffee roaster!

Best coffee ever. St.Drogo is my favorite coffee but biker blend is also really good if your looking for a dark roast coffee both are very good choices full of flavours. They can also grind it for you if you don't have a coffee grinder. BEST COFFEE!

I just had the BEST latte I’ve had in years at Fire Roasted… perfectly crafted with the highest quality of beans, I haven’t had this delicious of a coffee since I went to Italy five years ago. The service was incredible - the cashier took the time to explain to my partner each of the coffee drips and its country origin. Thank you so much for helping me start my weekend with such a pep in my step!

GREAT COFFEE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICESo I purchased 3 bags of coffee online. 2 days later I realized I did not receive any confirmation from the company or shipping tracking number. I emailed the company and received a terribly rude email making excuses. I just asked for a confirmation email which I think isn't too much to ask and then the next email I receive is a refund of my order, no further communication, no confirmation or tracking just refund and terrible customer service. They said they can't offer same day shipping (I never asked for that) I only asked for a confirmation that my money and business was received and this was the outcome. For a local business maybe you should consider treating your customers with respect and dignity.

The coffee is always fresh roasted and so many varieties to try. Bikers Blend is a great dark roast and the chocolate caramel is my favourite medium roast. Why waste $2 a cup at Tim Hortons when you can have a better cup of coffee made at home. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking around the market.
