From the moment I stepped in, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the perfect mood. Dylan's expertise in crafting the perfect cup of coffee was truly remarkable. Not only was the coffee exquisite, but Dylan's friendly demeanor and genuine passion for his craft made my visit truly memorable. The attention to detail and the personalized touch in every cup served made me appreciate the art of coffee-making even more. The rich aroma and the perfect balance of flavors left me wanting more. I can't wait to visit again and indulge in another splendid coffee experience crafted by Dylan. Kudos to the entire team for creating such an inviting and exceptional coffee haven!

GREAT COFFEE - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICESo I purchased 3 bags of coffee online. 2 days later I realized I did not receive any confirmation from the company or shipping tracking number. I emailed the company and received a terribly rude email making excuses. I just asked for a confirmation email which I think isn't too much to ask and then the next email I receive is a refund of my order, no further communication, no confirmation or tracking just refund and terrible customer service. They said they can't offer same day shipping (I never asked for that) I only asked for a confirmation that my money and business was received and this was the outcome. For a local business maybe you should consider treating your customers with respect and dignity.

The coffee is always fresh roasted and so many varieties to try. Bikers Blend is a great dark roast and the chocolate caramel is my favourite medium roast. Why waste $2 a cup at Tim Hortons when you can have a better cup of coffee made at home. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Lots of parking around the market.

I love a good cup of coffee. I was new to London and it just seemed like none of the coffee here was for me, that was until I tried fire roasted coffee. I visited them at the market and they sure know how to make a cup of coffee. Such a good cooperative team, especially with some young people. If your looking for a solid flavorful brew and or just a cup of coffee to get your day going, this is the spot!
I started ordering their coffee after a raving recommendation -- and I have to say I regret not knowing about them sooner. A local London coffee place that features real local artists and inside these beautifully-designed packages are their roasted-to-perfection java beans. I like a light-to-medium roast (definitely on the lighter side) and Fire Roasted must have a magic oven because no other coffee bean I've tried is as smooth or flavourful as theirs. I've tried many of their light roasts and medium roasts (Fireside being the most well-rounded medium roast for those wondering). No matter the specific flavour or roast, their coffee is mouthwatering.They are also incredibly helpful and appreciative of their customers. There is a wonderful local delivery in place and every time I use it, I get my coffee within 1-2 days with notice from the delivery driver when they are close-by. They continually contact their customers to ask for their opinions about their coffee and service, and they send regular discount codes. Their deals, in general, are great and the personal touch of customer service is so heartwarming. I only wish I had discovered them sooner!

i would come here all the time during the summer, and loved it, but stopped coming for a while due to covid. when i came back this weekend, i was sad to see that the usual baristas that had been here were gone. i had also found that the quality had gone way down as well. i was super disappointed, as my latté tasted super sour and was given almond milk instead of 2%. i hope the old baristas come back next summer. those girls made a mean cup of coffee!

So sad that the workers don’t know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. I had heard great things about this coffee shop but I will never go back. There is a huge difference between those two drinks and if you don’t know what they are, don’t call yourself a coffee shop. I poured the whole thing down my sink drain, what a waste.
