Firehouse Subs London Wellington South

As I’m siting in and eating I hear the manager and 2 employees talking in Indian laughing I feel like they are talking at me. How rude this is Canada

I was so looking forward to trying this after seeing all the video reviews but I was very underwhelmed. The amount of meat and toppings was minimal and the bun was stale. They had no gravy. This was my first time at FHS and wont be back. That was Saturday October 11 at 3:25 pm

The portions are just right, leaving you satisfied without being too heavy.

The staff are nice. The atmosphere is kinda fun. But the bread these sandwiches are made on is awful. Worse than Tim Hortons bread awful.

Picked up a order that was place at approx. 645 yesterday (Aug. 10th), did not leave with the 2 subs until 730. I went to the counter 2 times and it was left sitting there by the young girl that I confirmed the order with on arrival....she did it on purpose and made eye contact several times. She made 6 orders ahead of mine, including a family of 4. Not sure what kind of service firehouse is going for, but they need to make some changes to staffing. Not acceptable to serve people that have been waiting last.

Other than the odd time we don't get a pickle spear, the food has been consistently delicious and above par without fail.

The smokey brisket sub is to die for!

Worst food that we have had at Firehouse. They didn't even pay attention to the order when making the subs. 1 had to be remade because it was completely wrong. 2nd try, asked for extra mustard and mayo again, there was barely any on either sub. It tasted nothing like the hook and ladder. The warmest Firehouse subs we have had but the worst tasting. Tasted like homemade.

Really love their High Quality Subs and Unique menu flavours!! My faves arehook and ladder and cub on a Sub!!

I have been here 3 x over the past month and each time they have failed to get my order correct. Hook and Ladder with Jalapenos please.... Seems like it should be simple to understand but not with this location.

The staff at this location are very nice and friendly! They always remember my name and what I like on my Subs, and provide service with big smiles!

I ordered two sandwiches and once the workers finished making the sandwiches, instead of saying that my “sandwiches were made”, they decided to chat with each other. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes find out if my sandwiches were made.
