I ordered two sandwiches and once the workers finished making the sandwiches, instead of saying that my “sandwiches were made”, they decided to chat with each other. I had to wait an extra 5 minutes find out if my sandwiches were made.
Firehouse is the best when it comes to the service and friendliness of staff they always say hi when you walk in and seem to actually care about how your food is made and make it right every time
Whenever I have firehouse, I always order from this location. I usually order from Uber. Sometimes when you order fast food from Uber the employees don't care bc you're not there to see your order being made, but this location ALWAYS makes sure my order is up to par. As someone who also works in the food service industry I thank you guys for taking the extra time. 👍🏻
