I always love coming to this location it is the best one in London in my opinion. The staff are always friendly they put a good amount of toppings on and they usually provide quick service. A couple times though I have ordered the soup and they haven't been filling it to the top it is filled about half of the way. I was really disappointed 😞 hoping this doesn't continue to happen.

I used to love firehouse but it’s gone way down hill. I spent almost $30 for a sloppy mess of a sandwich, bacon is floppy and seems like it’s hardly cooked, deli meat was slimy and not good. The broccoli cheddar soup has nothing cheddar about it, very low quality and hardly hot…I could only eat half of it, wasn’t good at all. I could expect this at Timmie’s drive through for $12 or something, but for almost $30 huge rip off. Won’t be back.

Ive come to this location for years and anytime I'm in London I pop in for a turkey bacon (hold the tomato) and leave happy! The new GM Jason greeted us along with the rest of the staff- always a great welcome upon entering this location.

Stopped in for a take up order for 6 subs for a working office lunch. Won't be doing that again. Service was slow, order not accurate once taken back to the office. Even with the little tags on the boxes. Subs were sloppy, too messy basically to eat. Any bite you took the thing just fell apart, spent more time cleaning myself off than eating the sub. Not a great experience. Next time we will stick to Subway

I have been a huge supporter and consumer for many locations of Firehouse Subs in different Cities the past few years and this location absolutely failed me! The preparation of my food was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional! I ordered through Uber, but who ever made my meal probably was a late night teenager that used to work for McDonald’s. To be honest, McDonald’s can make a sandwich better. My sub bun was crushed, broken into pieces and the meat and vegetables were all over the place, basically not edible, ultimately decided to throw it in the garbage as it looked like it was punched by human hands. In my opinion comes down to poor management as this lazy ignorant worker was hired by a bad manager and they both have no respect for themselves, consumers or the great business they work for and represent. Time to clean house! Firehouse Subs is a great business and I love what they stand for, but this location needs to be re-evaluated!
