Ridiculously loud obnoxious music. Not the place to go if you want to talk.

Was waiting for a friend, ordered a drink.
Waitress serviced the table directly next to me.
Totally ignored me.
I than, to get their attention called their phone and told them.
The waitress than bitched me out for "being rude"
I've spent a TON of money here, never less than a 20% tip.
I'm not sure if she's having a bad day or just ignorant.
Never coming back, selecting another bar for work gatherings of 20 people plus due to her attitude.
Stopped by for wings this week and had to go back for more last night. So good. Great service great vibe.

Girlfriend and I attended for birthday dinner and our server was good, the meal was not. She ordered the 8oz steak cooked medium, it came out very rare and had to send back. When it returned, it had no seasoning and tasted very bland. I ordered the Swiss chicken, and unfortunately for a $20 entree it had artificial bacon bits. Definitely not worth the money.

It was not a good first time experience for me. When my party of 5 came through the door we were not greeted by anyone. The waitress came in from outside and greeted us which was odd. The menus we got were sticky and covered in food. I dirtied my white shirt looking at the menu. Before we ordered, our server did not inform us of any specials or any new items on the menu. One of us ordered a bottle of wine, and we received very dirty wine glasses. The server did not inform us that the popcorn is free and that you have “to get it yourself.” During our meal, our server was no where to be found and the restaurant was empty. At one point she came in from outside the front door with what appeared to be another server. It seemed like she didn’t work there. For an experience like that of course I left no tip. Not impressed. Food was subpar. I got the boneless wings and they were not tasty. The pierogies were not good. 1 star.

Fitzray's is a great place to grab some wings and a beer with friends. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Solid downtown spot but not big enough for large groups. 2-4 people is ideal.
Parking: Located downtown so parking is limited and hard to find
Kid-friendliness: This is a bar so not kid-friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair accessibility

I was visiting London from Halifax and decided to go on a solo tour of some pubs in the area in search of the best Irish Craic! I was suggested Fitzray’s from another pub I had stopped into, my intention being to have one or two drinks at each stop and keep moving on, that changed almost immediately when I entered Fitzray’s. I sat directly at the bar top as I prefer. I was blessed with some amazing conversation with regular patrons of the bar. I was given the most amazing service from Jason (Jay Bell) his kindness, accommodation and patience towards me made the absolute difference of my night. After all said, I ended up spending my entire night here. I definitely recommend a stop here should you find yourself in London!

Our server was doing her best. The food and drinks were late and cold. Just overall not a good experience. It was our first and last visit.
