I came into 5 guys placed an order for 3 burger's, large fry and gravy on August 18th. I came in person and placed the order and watched everyone happen, the gentleman pouring the gravy poured a 1/4 into the cup but I didn’t know it was my order at the time. I got home and gave everyone their food and we were shocked to see how little gravy there was when it’s usually up to the top. I called in after the dinner rush and spoke with Andrew and he was great and did as much as he could but said the GM Tej, would call which he has not and it’s been 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed and disgusted that this is how a GM handles things

Ordered a single with bacon and got a double with bacon. It worked out, however things did get a little messier.

This branch is located in Masonville, and as a usual tradition for 5 guys, they serve meat which is fresh and soft.
The burger and French fries both were so delicious.
There are various choices for soft drinks as well.
The peanuts is served for free and it is also fresh and delicious
The staff are active and provide fast service.
I recommend the place for burger’s lovers.

Really disappointed with the experience. One of the staff members suddenly started yelling for no reason. No explanation, just shouting. It was super uncomfortable and honestly pretty shocking. They clearly don’t know how to talk to people properly.

Not sure if this was a one-off, but the fries were ridiculously salty. Way too much salt.

~With another increase in pricing, im reducing my 3 star to 1~
You still have WAY too many basic issues like burnt/undercooked fries, missed/wrong toppings, and now smaller portions too. Not worth it at all anymore, especially at well over $20+ per person. Go to a sit down restaurant or make your own lol!!
Staff really doesn't care at all anymore about quality. Sad to see it go downhill so quickly these past few years.
