Slow service from workers, asked for condiments and they ignored me. They dont add a ton of fries like they were known for, fries were soggy and tiny. Not worth the price anymore. Maybe other locations are better but unfortunately this one isn't it.
Amazing, always! Burgers just the way you want. Fries always delicious and plentiful. And if your into Milkshakes.... do not pass up the opportunity!! My personal Favorite is the Salted Caramel 😋🤤

I was at the Five Guys that's in the same plaza as Moores and Staple...been there 5 times and food was great and consistent...read these other reviews and I can't comment on the one they went to but the one on the North end is good...burgers are fresh and don't repeat, fries are just that fries - chip wagon style and fresh cut, can add cajun if you want spice or have it on the side. They are a bit pricey, but I have felt I got good value for the $

This Five Guys location at Masonville is consistently good - whether I visit for lunch or a late night snack, I’m always greeted with a nice meal and friendly employees. Like any other Five Guys, they offer never-frozen burgers and fries alongside milkshakes. They offer unlimited toppings, though I usually just go for the default “all the way” option. I also really enjoy their poutine: they don’t skimp out on the gravy and the cheese curds are the perfect amount of squeak and melt.

Decided to stop in and see what all the hype is about this place, and we were not disappointed. The burger itself was simply great. And the fries, they were on a whole other level. We got the Cajun (i think that's what it was) and I simply couldn't get enough of these things. Looking forward to this place again next time were in Hamilton
