The staff is rude. It’s understandable to be out of an item but there’s no need to be condescending about it. I come here often and am frustrated every time with the service. The food is fine but ordering is a headache because half the staff struggle with English, which I can empathize with, and the rest (aside from one lady who’s nice) are simply rude. I only keep going cause it’s one of the cheaper food options on campus.

I come here at least 3x a week and have a decent experience here but today was so odd. It's over 35 degrees today so I asked for an ice water and this new cashier with a foreign accent (Eastern Europe?) looks at me like I just asked her for the moon and says "we don't have that", I said you don't have water and ice? And she says yes we have water and ice and said yeah I can get that, and she frowns at me and when she finally gives it to me and she doesn't even make eye contact and frowns to the side. I ask for ice water at other locations with zero issue, it's very common. No need to be rude about it.

Crowded food hub during lunch hours. Long long lineup in front of Tim Hortons. It's high time they should start pickup only or self serve kiosk, no one likes to stand up in a queue for 45 minutes just to get a ☕. Hope to see some techsavy kiosk or service improvements in coming time.

Came here on May 2nd 2022 around noon and it was closed. Just wanted to eat something :(((
Open the express please. People work and have classes to get to. I cannot wait in like for MINIMUM 40 minutes for a coffee or even food. Students pay so much to be here. Staff pay so much to park here. Open up what is supposed to be “available”. This station is literally open for 2-3 hours max a day. Ridiculous

Used to love timmies on campus, but lately no vegetarian options and staff is not that friendly anymore. I asked them if they have vegetarian stuff and the lady working there was a little rude.If you can’t serve , just put an announcement - that no vegetarian stuff. I can go get from The Spoke or Subway nearby. Thanks
