Pizza delivered on a Thurs night after over 2 hours, with dried up sauce, no sausage, pieces of hard, burnt ham, burnt pepperoni, grease spots under the pizza in the box and congealed cheese. Crust tasted like cardboard! Told nothing could be done they were closed. Was given a $50 gift card for a $64 meal that was thrown in the garbage! WORST PIZZA EVER!!! Should have just gone to grocery store for a $9 cook myself pizza would have looked and tasted better for under half the price!!!!

Our group of 5 coworkers chose this restaurant mainly for its location; everyone liked the food and Kaytlin was a great, responsive server. Only drawback was the indoor dining area was way too loud for pleasant conversation.
Wheelchair accessibility: Front entry is ramped with good, easy slope and automatic door button, but women's washroom no accessibility features at all.

Went in for my birthday dinner tonight. The food was excellent but the service was even better! Eleni was fantastic with my family (especially the kids!) and by far the most friendly and attentive server we’ve had in a long time! We’ll definitely be back :)

We almost always order take out. The service over the phone and the time it takes to deliver the pizza needs improvement. For the first time, our order was incorrect. We ordered green olives and got black olives. The taste and quality of the pizza is top notch; one of the best in the city. They need to work on the service aspect to receive a 5 star. We shouldn’t have to repeat ourselves multiple times when ordering food over the phone (despite it being loud there) and the food should be delivered in a timely manner: it was 1h 10 minutes to deliver from phone ordering and we live 5 minutes away by car. Overall excellent pizza, mediocre service.
