We recently moved to an apartment building in downtown london. Ordered from Formaggios to celebrate a smooth transition. Food was so good we decided to order again a few nights later but suddenly its too far to deliver. Confused I told them you just delivered to me a few nights ago. They didnt believe me. Hope their in house customer service is better then their delivery customer service.

5lb pizza has gotten worse. Not hot, barely warm. They cut it and it looked horrible. The pizza flattened and definitely did not look good at all. Since renovations to new place pizza ia not the same.

We spent 116.00 for dinner last night and the one pizza was the pie pizza and the waitress got the ingredients wrong and blamed it on the kitchen and the other pizza was over cooked and blamed the cook we asked for the nachos to come out first and they brought everything at once and she blamed the kitchen again she couldn't even apologize what a waste of money probably will not return

I ordered food at 5:45 and after 1 hour I called back to see where my dinner was, was told it was on the way. After another half hour passed I called again to be told it never went out! I live 5 minutes from the Restaurant!Don't waste your time!

Was looking forward to a real deep dish pizza and was met with one with cheese on top. Every real deep dish pizza layers it with the cheese under the sauce so it doesn’t burn and get rubbery, which was exactly what this was unfortunately. Crust was nice, but overall would’ve liked to seen it done more traditionally.

I don’t know who rated this place either they were drunk or high cause for $50 I was expecting the best pizza I ever had. But it’s the total opposite to that..If David portnoy rated this it would be a 0.My crust was soggy when I cut the deep dish lots of clear liquid came out and it wasn’t grease could have been pineapple joiner or the raw pepperoni..Worst pizza ever and for $50 is not worth it..Should have went to Indian own restaurantNever again the reviews should be a lot lower. I wonder if the owner make up fake reviews

Worst pizza place in the city. Waited 2 hours for a soggy floppy pile of dogs breakfast they call a pizza. Wings looked like they were boiled they had 0 crisp or positive texture. Over all very disappointing. Had to call twice. Their pizza was inedible floppy and undercooked literally threw it away.Any corporate pizza is better than this shack. This place is overrated and overpriced.Edit: 48 hrs later the food poisoning subsided I would not let this place ruin your new year.

Worst pizza ever.. don’t trust good reviews they are possibly made up.. I got a deep dish you hear good things when you get it. It’s horrible for $50 advoid at all costs they are not a pizza place. It’s a bar where they serve garbage food.. worse nee years ever I feel violated by these people
