We were looking for a local Chinese take out place. It started with the call and the person on the other end was awesome. When we arrived at the time that was given out food was ready. The portions are huge. The food was amazing. Everything tasted fresh. We are definitely making Fortune House our go to Chinese food place. Amazing experience all around.

Food was half decent before but they started adding a tip automatically and a service fee for takeout. Won't be returning again because of this and will be telling others to steer clear.

Was a very loyal costumer up until today. I always order the vegetable fried rice as the person I order the rice for is vegetarian. When I picked up my order and got home I realized the rice was chicken fried rice. I called the store to let them know and they said because the girl that took my order over the phone wrote it down as chicken so they won't do anything about it. OK that was the first piss off. We let it go and continue our meal. As we are eating I notice a bug in my brocoli. Like a whole dead bug. Mind you this is Easter dinner and our whole family is over and are now grossed out because we all have brocoli on our plate. I call the restaurant back again and all they say is I can come pick up a new brocoli. I spent $150 at this restaurant just to throw it all out. Grossed right out tonight. Will never return or recommend and I think the costumer service here is a joke.

The small business and its owner exemplify generosity and kindness. The quality and portion sizes are excellent for the price. I have been a patron for the past four years and have never encountered any issues. I truly appreciate this establishment and highly recommend it to others.
Had for dinner at a friend's house and all of us got food poisoning. We tried to call to complain and they pretended that they don't understand English. Never ordering from here again... Terrible service.

Great tasting food for the prices! I'm not sure how they are surviving with these low prices but a combination plate is only $13 after tax, and the portion size and taste is definitely worth it!
