Delicious food at a little bar. Probably the best coleslaw I've ever had. Burger was great. Prices are good. Our waitress, Sarah, was wonderful.

As a tourist, King St and the surrounding area is a bit rougher than I'd like, but I was only in London for a couple days and didn't get a chance to explore the neighborhoods too much.

I think my only criticism that Frank & Furter's has control over were the lights -- they were just a little bit too dim for my liking.

Great overall, highly recommend stopping by for some food if you're in the area!

Excellent bartender steered me to the right food. Cook staff finished the deal. Don't let the exterior of the place scare you away. Friendly service and good food.

Really cute joint, yummy hot dogs, amazing price. My sister loves street sausages, so we treated her to this restaurant for her birthday! She loved it!

I never try new restaurants especially downtown London but WOW was I amazed!!
I didn't get a picture of all the food between 4 people however it was amazing!
Burger, sausages, mac and cheese, pierogies, fries I'm a burger girl and I would definitely give it 10/10 one of the best dirty burgers I have had in a long time and being the location I didn't expect it to be that amazing. To be honest, the one negative thing I can say was they forgot the sour cream for the pierogies and we didn't check the bags before we left and I personally wasn't a fan of the fries. The service was great all around, It was an amazing experience, especially for its location. I highly recommend trying this place and I can't wait to go back to try more !

They have a very large menu could definitely be very overwhelming for some people but if you know what you want you will be fine :)

This was a great snack / meal I got Memphis dog and perogies hot dog was great tasted awesome and my side of perogies, disappointed they didnt come with any dip. Did take out, staff where great and helpful as a first timer the menu is alot to process however totally worth it. The location and crowd is my only thing that I think hurts the atmosphere in my opinion. But I will definitely return

Pay for your beer and wait 10 min when the place is empty and the bartender instead of serving your beer is just talking with other costumers I'm sorry but is disrespectful, and after 10 minutes still can't serving just a glass of beer is something wrong

I've been a customer for a year now. The last time I ordered, I waited 25 minutes for the food to be ready, which is understandable, and of course, it's as delicious as always. However, the treatment of non-white people is not the best. Most of the servers are friendly and treat everyone equally, but I’m sorry to say that the behavior of a few racist staff members ruined my experience. For further reference, I mostly encountered this issue on Friday nights at F&F.

Great service, awesome selection of dogs, add a couple of pints of beer and you have the best value in town for lunch or dinner. Loved it.

Ordered online, picture shown was the "blitzkrieg" and the "Midwest" was a puddle of bbq sauce with some corn sprinkled on. Maybe if they had competent staff this place could be good but for now stay away. I've ordered twice with a few years between orders and both times were barely edible. Maybe it's a good restaurant in-person and they just disrespect people who order for delivery but my experience has been awful twice now.

Stopped in for lunch. There were couple of small mix ups with our orders (it happens) but the owner went above and beyond to make them right. Excellent customer service and the food was great too!
