Frank & Furter's Restaurant and Bar

I've been a customer for a year now. The last time I ordered, I waited 25 minutes for the food to be ready, which is understandable, and of course, it's as delicious as always. However, the treatment of non-white people is not the best. Most of the servers are friendly and treat everyone equally, but I’m sorry to say that the behavior of a few racist staff members ruined my experience. For further reference, I mostly encountered this issue on Friday nights at F&F.

Great service, awesome selection of dogs, add a couple of pints of beer and you have the best value in town for lunch or dinner. Loved it.

Ordered online, picture shown was the "blitzkrieg" and the "Midwest" was a puddle of bbq sauce with some corn sprinkled on. Maybe if they had competent staff this place could be good but for now stay away. I've ordered twice with a few years between orders and both times were barely edible. Maybe it's a good restaurant in-person and they just disrespect people who order for delivery but my experience has been awful twice now.

Stopped in for lunch. There were couple of small mix ups with our orders (it happens) but the owner went above and beyond to make them right. Excellent customer service and the food was great too!

I'm so done with ordering from here, this is now three times in a row that my food has been wrong. I order the most simple thing to make every time a plain polish sausage and don't click on any extras when ordering and three times it has come fully loaded with stuff and I'm allergic to mustard so its extremely disheartening so you've officially lost me as a customer when its the easiest order to make possible I just don't understand.

What a hidden gem this place is!
I have always wanted to try this place and I finally got to and I was NOT disappointed. Our server Bella was amazing at every turn. She greeted us immediately, super knowledgeable of the menu and her recommendations were spot on.

The prices were fantastic and THE PORTIONS are incredibly generous!

It's not very often you find a place that the majority of the menu is hotdogs and the hotdog itself is actually good. My rating would be the same if all I got was a plain hotdog.

I order Chili dogs from this location and have been doing so for years (at least 3). Every time I order, the food is prepared correctly and it always tastes excellent. In the case when my order was delayed due to the delivery service, the restaurant called my and let me know that there was a delay. The service is fantastic.

Delicious food here. I love the extensive menu of all different options you can put on sausages. I love the breakfast one and the Mac and Cheese one. I've tried both and they were amazing. I also love the "Kitchen Sink". Have been here many times and will continue to come here. Have recommended this place to my friends and our blind/visually impaired friends and our CCB group has even been here once for a live event.

Ordered on doordash last night, my very first time trying this establishment, and I woke up around 2am with food poisoning. Definitely would not recommend eating here. Under cooked bacon, sloppy presentation, maybe when you put the food in the containers, and then the containers in the bag, you should put them upright - you know, seeing as they are hot dogs? Toppings go on top - of the hot dog, not the container the food comes in.
