Two Freshii representatives were at a recent Good Life 40th Anniversary Celebration party at the Citi Plaza Good Life location. The food and drinks were very good and the two Freshii representatives were friendly and informative. This was the first experience that I had with Freshii and it left a positive perception of the company and this location with me.

Portion sizes have recently decreased due to management and although it is healthy, I feel as though the price and portion size negatively outweigh the healthiness of the meal. As a result, I will not be eating here anymore unless they fill the bowl.

I visited for the first time last week and the service was almost too slow for my liking. It was lunch time so you would assume you would have more and or faster people working. I got the Tex Mex burrito and it was delicious but the fact it is an upcharge for a few cilantro leaves also turns me off.

I ordered the Pangoa bowl, it taste good but wow, the portion was sooo small. They really really "chinced" out. I spent over $12 on this bowl and there was barely any chicken. I don't think I'll ever go back. It never used to be like this (been a regular customer for three years) Sad to see this happen. If anyone who works there is reading this... please CHANGE THE QUANTITY SIZE.

First visit was disappointing. Got a Cobb salad, no corn. She asked if I wanted to substitute for the corn. How lovely to be asked so I got broccoli. I had to pay extra for "protein" so I asked for chicken. Partway through the making of my salad, I asked for dressing on the side because sometimes there is too much on salads. The gal said my salad was already started. I thought maybe they put it in the bottom before they start and I didn't see her do it. I watched her slowly finish making the salad. There is no dressing that I can see or taste; definitely none on the bottom. The mashed up avocado from mixing served as my dressing. The few chunks of chicken I can hardly see or taste any was not worth the $2.50 extra

Freshii... Your staff is so inconsistent. Yesterday I ordered the Cobb Salad for $14 and it was filled. Well worth it. Today I order the same salad and it's half full. This happens quite often at your Downtown London location. Nice staff, foods good, but seriously your staff need to do a quality control check. I paid $14 for 6 bites. No other Freshii seems to have this issue. Please fix this.
