I ordered a Mango Colada today and it tasted sour and undrinkable. When I asked, the staff said the coconut milk was fine, but it clearly wasn’t. Very disappointing.

This afternoon, I had a very disappointing experience at this location due to one extremely rude and unprofessional male waiter. From the start, his attitude was extremely dismissive, and instead of providing basic courtesy, he was impatient, unfriendly, rude and even made me feel like I was bothering him by placing an order.
What should have been a simple, pleasant stop turned into an uncomfortable experience. Customer service is just as important as the food, and when staff behave this way, it reflects very poorly on the business.
I hope management takes this seriously, because no customer should have to deal with such rudeness when spending their time and money here.

So disgusting, ordered a protein pineapple with mango. She put sometjing out of a jerrycan on it and vanilla whey powder. I only tasted vanilla in it, what a disgrace for this brand. Better go to another one.

I’ve been coming to this store every 3–4 days specifically to buy the juice made with beetroot, ginger, and cucumber. Almost every time, I’m told “the machine is broken.It felt like an excuse after a while. Yesterday, they finally made the juice and I got sick after drinking it. I couldn’t sleep all night.
To make things worse, the service wasn’t great and the cashier was quite rude. Very disappointed with the overall experience.
So unhygienic, used the same cloth on countertop first then on my drink lid. Poor customer service as well!
Took forever for someone to come out, 20 mins to 9. She said she couldnt make us a drink she was closed.
after completing my purchase, requested an additional item to be added. I was willing to cover any extra cost; however, I was informed that it was too late to accommodate my request.
Additionally, upon receiving my drink, I noticed that the juice used did not appear to be made from fresh strawberries, which was a key factor in my choice.
As a parent, I prioritize providing quality products to my children, and I had hoped for a more positive experience. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter to ensure that future customers receive the high standard of service and product quality that your establishment is known for.
Just ordered Fresh strawberry juice And it tasted like Tim hortons fruit quencher.Never going again..

Showed up 20 mins before closing and worker had no interest in wanting to do anything. Asked for a raspberry juice with boba and she said there is no boba when there’s full containers on the counter. I mentioned that and she said that’s for display only.
