After waiting for help for 10 minutes, they said no for almost everything and were very rude. Really disappointed with this level of service. Will never come here again.

Not a single thing about the smoothie was freshly squeezed. It tasted so watery when I got it and I had let it sit when I got back home for a bit and it started to separate. It wasn't real fruit the amount of water in it is horrendous my drink separated to 1/4 whatever fruit mix they use and 3/4 water

Ordered pineapple juice from here and it tasted concentrated, asked the service to replace the item but he didn’t responded to it.

The guy works at front i think he out of his mind , i got 2 mango tangos today not even sweet at all, decided to tell the staff so i came back all the way from parking lot to tell him its not even sweet , his reply was so funny he said its Sugar free mango thats why its call mango tangos, are you kidding me mate, what a funny reply waste 16 dollars,
I am a farmer i grow mangos and other fruit at my farm , and you telling me that the mango you have got is a Sugar free, worlds sweetest fruit is A Mango keep in mind and they have sugar Mangos lolz.,

It was the worst experience ever. I have recently tried it for the first time and the taste was horrible. It doesn’t not even taste close to fresh. I told them after I had first sip and they said you already had few sips so we cannot neither make another fresh one nor give the refund. Horrible taste and experience.

Google saying that you guys are open today is one thing, but when I go on your website and it says you guys are open, I expect you guys to be open after a 40 minute bus ride across town. It being Labour day today does not exactly guarantee that a business is closed (A&W, for example is open), so if your website says you are open, the expectation is that you are.

Everything here is bad, and the guy (who wasn't even taking my order) made a face when I asked for a minute. He did make my drink though, it was awful.

There is a new gentleman who works here after 5PM most nights. His attitude is nothing short of ignorant. He looks angry, talks so faintly you can't here a word he says and doesn't ever hand the drink to the customer. He just roughly sets the drink down on the counter away from the customer. He's just mad.If you own this place I would honestly audit this individual with a secret shopper here and there. Its really just that bad. Never in the past have I had a bad experience up until the past few months.

My daughter was doing a school project where she had to pick a healthy food company for which to make an advertisement. Her group chose Freshly Squeezed. We went to the store in Masonville and she asked for a few empty cups to use in the ad. The guys there were really nice and accommodating. Will definitely return to the store.

Everytime I buy from here, the drink is disgusting. Other locations are so good but this specific location not only makes gross drinks, but their customer service skills suck. I asked what was in my drink because it didn’t look like what I asked for, and the girl rolled her eyes. After today, I remembered why I don’t come to this specific location. I threw out my drink because it was so disgustingly made
