The new opening of a proper bar area several months ago is the best thing to happen to the outdated and very tired casino. It includes an awesome wall of tvs displaying your favorite sporting events, Food orders are available, and a decent amount of comfy chairs for viewing the big screen.
Could live here.
Not friendly did not feel welcome staff ignored us
I love watching live horse racing great place to bring the kids. They have live racing Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday
Only 1 roulette table
We were ahead of schedule so seated ourselves as the sign said. The initial person that came to the table had a mask on only covering her mouth and never spoke and pretty much threw the cutlery at each of us. Our waitress was very good as well as the food.
We ordered from the Valentine's menu. Everything was EXCELLENT Wish Gateway always had those steaks
Wow. Cramped, crowded
Clean, easy to navigate. The racetrack is nice and the staff are very friendly
It’s always a good expectation to visit the casino and have fun for a while with a good drink

Okay, listen up, mouthbreathers! Gateway Casinos in London is totally tubular, especially for breakfast. The grub at the Getaway Restaurant is like, super rad - we're talking pancakes that'll make your taste buds do backflips and bacon crispier than Steve's hair. But here's the real scoop: when you walk in, past the ID desk, hang a right after the bathrooms. There's this bitchin' row of slots against the wall - that's where the magic happens. I'm not yanking your chain, those babies are like upside-down portals to Moneyland. They're always buzzing and dinging, practically begging you to play. It's like they're possessed by the Mind Flayer of Jackpots or something. So if you want to score some serious cash and fill your belly with awesome eats, Gateway Casinos is where it's at. Just don't tell any mouth-breathing normies about the secret slot spot, got it?
Love this casino
Customer service isn't great. No doubt more and more people are going online. Their service should be over the top trying to keep people coming in. Ironically I was there on customer "appreciation" week. ?
I'm not a person that goes to casinos very often. I would go more if they had a poker room. There are a lot of slots and a few table games. The restaurant is good. But just remember to be careful when you gamble. If you're not willing to lose your money, then don't go to a casino. ?
Just needs more tables, but hopefully they will come under the new cascades rebrand?
