So I noticed alot of people leave the machines with money in and turn the chair. I witnessed someone put money in a machine while someone else did so. He then had to call management to get the two of their money amounts figured out. It seems unprofessional considering there are no written rules for this. If I see a chair sideways and have been waiting for that machine, is it illegal to cash them out and give them the ticket when they come back? Also would it be against my civil rights to be removed from that machine??

Always fast service. Excellent breakfast deal from 9am-11am. Sierra was very pleasant and on the ball given how busy they were.

I would give The restaurant a 5 for Service. Every server I have had in here has been fantastic. Harley has been amazing with any issues we’ve had with our meals. I’m not sure who makes the decision to purchase frozen vegetables, but it’s not a good one. The beans are like rubber to chew. With the money spent, I think fresh vegetables would be the proper choice. I have had the steak on several occasions and now I am not purchasing it anymore because there is so much silver skin you can’t cut through it or chew it.The gambling floor needs to repair so many of their chairs. I have come here in a skirt in the warmer weather and a scratch my legs on the chairs.!

Went to the Casino for the first time to celebrate my 60th. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.We ate at the gateway restaurant.First my wine was served in an unwashed glass. Then when the meal’s finally arrived at the table the food was cold.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE!When I complained the waitress she stated that everyone was on minimum wage and you pretty much get what you pay for. Obviously we won’t be going back.If any gives a review of above two stars then I can only say you have very low standards.

Food is basic and served cold, my daughter had fish and chips, the fish had clearly been warmed up in the fryer after sitting for a while. Don’t bother with the chicken sandwich unless you like soggy bread soaked in gravy, and the beer was flat. Will not be visiting again.

We are writing this review to salute your staff who were working this past Monday morning March 25th, 2024. We had a few hours to kill between hospital visits & so decided to check things out. We had to get new Players Club cards. I asked the lady who issued them to us if her screen showed how long it had been since our last visit. The answer was September 27th, 2018. 2007 days to be exact!!! She was nice, the security folks were very pleasant & all around just a great experience. Compliments to you and your staff!! My wife came ahead $61.25 to boot!!
