We went there to eat the whiting fish and it had a bad smell to it and they got us cold fries and the side dishes were made poorly and the tomatoe in the salad was bad

Ordered takeout for lunch. Chicken shawarma wrap and a plate. Everything was very dry. The chicken and salad both. The salad had literally no dressing. Not even oil or lemon. Lettuce was brown and the whole plate and wrap were disappointing. No napkins or forks. Just not a good lunch for us. We have tried Shawarma throughout the city. This one is near the bottom of the list. Maybe Shawarma isn't their thing

The service in this place is very poor. Today we went and decided to leave because we sat down and waited for 25 minutes for someone to come take our order but never did.

Unfortunately it was a very bad experience, my friend told me not to visit the place during Holidays and weekend because service is too bad! I had no clean table, no napkins no water, no even plates - fridge almost empty of cans. I got the Shawarma before anything else and waited 35 minutes before BQQ arrived - extremely ridiculous service- it’s under staff for sure and employees just ignored all because they didn’t have any solutions. It was a terrible Eid lunch- however food was very good to be fair. I heard that owner is selling it and that’s why it’s on this level of bad service! We have to wait until we see the new owner ?

It's extended branch of Ghadir in london, Ontario but the system is so poorly managed. No cleanliness in dine in area and washrooms.
I asked to change the dirty plate they seved initially, they didn't give me any plate until 3-4 reminders. Staff acts friendly but they don't listen actually.

First off they had a bunch of kids running this place, secondly the salmon my wife ordered tasted like it was left out for a week before cooking , third the rice was cold they couldn't even take the time to at least microwave it .. never going back there.
