Ordered through skip the dishes and ordered veggie and the Canadian: the first veggie came with bacon in it! My spouse is a vegetarian so placed a second order and huh guess what!! Yep found a small piece of bacon in it! If y’all are going to use one grill to cook everything y’all should post that!! I will not be ordering from here againThe Canadian was good however was cold by the time the second order arrived

Look, it’s a great idea, but poorly executed. I waited a half an hour in store for a squished hot dog with overcooked bacon and an improperly cooked beaver tail. I will admit, the hot dog tasted decent, but it wasn’t worth the money. The beaver tail I can only describe as likely being baked. It was flat and bland, but I guess it was cooked. Overall not worth it. Would likely not try again and I can see why Mr. Beast burger pulled out. My suggestions are to invest in a deep fryer and have more staff on hand.

I got the buffalo boneless wing poutine and the French Toast. The Boneless Wing Poutine didn't have fresh fries in it and most of them were overcooked. There were only 2 Pieces of Wings in there which was really disappointing. I was expecting more for the price I was paying for it ($17.99). I didn’t enjoy it while eating. Overall The place was neat and really clean, The staff was friendly.

They don't show what order is in progress or who is being served. They advertise Jamba juice and Mr.Beast Burger and they don't have either here. The atmosphere is plain and univiting. The staff isnt inviting just a plain old "(repeats order, stares and hands over food)". Oh and the music playing is horrible, loud and cannot be understood.

Funnel cake was too hard and very crispy. Wasn’t easy to eat and I didn’t even want to eat the whole thing. (Which in usually is not 6). Tasted old.

Slow service and a bad OVERCROWDED menu. I'd say almost everything is frozen here and the atmosphere makes no sense and its depressing. They got patio tables and chairs as well as chairs from your elementary school. ? also they only have like 2 people working here.

I have ordered from here twice and both times my order has been incredibly incorrect and cold. I would rate lower than one star if possible…Worst service and experience.

Extremely over priced. Tried to eat in store, however no napkins to be found. No staff present. No garbage cans. Dirty. Our food was burnt.

Great concept. They only accept digital payment. They should allow cash payment. Most of the food was ok. Burgers are great. Fries are the worst fries I have ever had anywhere. Some tweaks would make it a lot better place.

Its kinda funny how once in a while you come across some business just operating completely unlike the rest. Like Arbys in fast food or Saab cars in the day or even Tesla now. What im saying is people eventually always create these super unique businesses completely unlike the rest. The idea of a ghost kitchen is great ✅Conveinience off all those separate items in one location ✅But making all those menu items in one location must be fairly difficult. You can only suspect that there are either 8 people in the back standing there waiting for orders or 1 dude that runs around to each station. LolThis is probably why you'll wait so much longer then you think you should. ⏰But... Eventually I feel this will be the way we order food. ?‍♂️I can only imagine that humans in 50s years will be surrounded by "Ghost Kitchens" type restaurants. My fear is that our taste buds will pay the price for these Ghost Kitchens "conveinience".

Every time I come here to get my favourite frozen yogurt or yummy food… the service is horrible, my order is never ready in time, sometimes the food is cold. Please improve the speed and costumer service!

I now understand the concept of ghost kitchen. There is nobody here. The place is empty and deserted. With only the occasional opening of a fridge or freezer door, there is no signs of life. Even when asking about an order once I saw someone finally helping a delivery person, they were completely confused and lost. They went to get help and clearly got lost in the maze of whatever is hiding behind the white swinging doors. This will be the last time I ever come to this particular location and if this is any indication of other ghost kitchens, I will definitely not going to those either. This is a very poor representation of this brand and the brands they carry.Edited (for a sense of closure):Well … once the order was found 45 minutes after the initial order was submitted, I came home only to find the burgers burnt and grotesquely crispy, the grilled cheese ice cold, and the chicken burger was soggy. We ate what we could which very little. The only silver lining here was that the dog had fun tearing the paper bag apart. Needless to say, that was one expensive paper bag for the dog to play with.

Delivery was very slow. Perogies were cold and tasteless. My husband gyro was sloppy and not great tasting either. We tried. Won’t do it again.

Terrible service. The food took forever to be ready and by the time it was we needed to take it to go. When we got home with the food we realized that it hadn't been made correctly. With the crazy prices they charge this was in no way worth it.

Location is a bit strange to get to for starters , at the backside of a building. A friend of mine took me here to try the mother's pizza, which the pizza itself wasn't bad, but that's not what I'm reviewing here. So for starters on the way in we learned that they do not take order over the phone (he tried to call it in ahead of time) and the kind lady on the other end said because it's so dead I'll walk around the counter and punch it in through the kiosk .. That's a weird way to order.. Anyways.. so we finally wait for the food to be done , and I go to hand the cashier a $50 bill , and to my surprise.. this location doesn't accept cash , it's all over plastic card.. I was shocked when they said they don't accept cash.. Also while I was waiting I watched an elderly couple attempt to use the kiosk .. and I don't know if they were confused with it, or if it wasn't working but after a little more than 5 minutes, they ended up seeming frustrated and leaving. Let's just say I'm glad my friend took me out and paid for it.. because if it were up to me I would've found somewhere else to eat when I hear they don't accept cash. Good food , poor overall experience to say the least.
