I went there and I asked for 2 pizzas and it was 9.50 I asked why because those are not normal prices and they told me after I payed that if you split 1 pizza its is 2

Decent pizza at a fair price; good walk-in deals for takeout. Extra toppings not too expensive. They give a dipping sauce with the pizza too.

There are no chairs or seats to sit down while waiting, however, but didn't have to wait very long for the pizza to be baked.

Ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy bread. The pizzas tasted like they were made an hour before we picked them up, like they were made for someone and they didn’t pick them up so they used them in our order. We called to complain saying they were inedible and the manger said we would only get a $10 store credit. We said we didn’t want to order from this store anymore and they said $10 store credit is all we’re going to get. Definitely not ordering from here anymore

I order two pizzas from here for pick up, we brought them home and opened them up and it looked like they had been sitting for at least an hour or two. Absolutely disgusting. When called to have it fixed, after dealing with the call centre they have and having them call us back all they offered was a $10 credit at the store (it was a $45 order). Will never be returning.

Placed a large order for a birthday...food never showed up!!!! Called them and they said they couldn't confirm the order as they had put the wrong phone number ....they said they would redo the order and it would be another 45 mins!!!!! Which we couldn't do due to a movie. The woman taking the order was rude...typical customer service these days!!! Won't go to Ginos again

Looked up an offer on the app and went to this location to order, only to be told by the person at the counter that we can’t do the offer in that particular way, even when the Gino’s pizza official website (Not Uber or DoorDash) allowed us to.
So when we wanted to order something else, as we were confused by this, we asked the crew member questions regarding their pizza and offers, and she didn’t even know enough information to guide us appropriately, ultimately ending up in us paying a lot more than we had to do, for no reason.
Later when we got home with the order, both the pizzas were undercooked, and both of us woke up today morning with a very sick stomach. I am very disappointed and annoyed at their food safety and customer service.
The least every franchise owner can do is to train their team on the menu properly so that they are fit and ready to answer any questions the customers may ask. They should also be up to date on the offers available on the website, and be willing to have a proper conversation instead of trying to avoid it as much as possible.
Will not be ordering from this location for the foreseeable future.

I always enjoy our food from this location, but the service has gone downhill lately. The staff are unable to answer straightforward questions like: “I want 3 toppings. What’s the best deal/offer for a 3-topping pizza?” It’s become about order taking only… no ability to say, for example: A small 3-toppings costs $12, but a large is only $15 on special. Which size do you prefer?”
