I was in this area of town doing some errands and felt a bit peckish. Despite a case full of (underwhelming looking) pizza, they had no signage to indicate pricing for slices. After waiting about 60 seconds, a guy from the back graced me with his presence. I asked how much a slice n a drink would be, and I nearly laughed in his face when he told me 5 bucks a slice, 2 bucks for a CAN of pop, and there was no kinda combo or anything. This place must not want to do much business. I'll stick to the place by my house where I can get 2 slices (that look significantly better) and a drink for less than that price. Gino's used to be my go-to years ago but has completely fallen off.

There were no issues here! I thoroughly enjoyed the pizza slices! There was a variety of toppings to choose from. The slices are a good portion of which they slice it into two for easier eating. ☺️ I don’t venture to this mall often but when I do I’m sure to pick up a slice. 🥳

I am absolutely astounded at the lack of customer service. I made an order on Wed, Sept 25th, 2024 at 10:40 pm, I phoned customer service at 11:30 pm inquiring on the status of the order and the Customer service rep had called the store and they said any minute now. At 11:45 I phoned customer service again as it has been over an hour now and still no pizza, the CSR had stated that the pizza will arrive in 5 minutes. It is now 12:07 and my order has still not arrived, it has been an hour and half now. This is absolutely unprofessional, and extremely frustrating. I do not recommend ordering from this place.

They make their pizzas with love. Very friendly and personable staff. I always go with their delicious mushroom pepperoni with a choice of garlic sauce. We strongly recommend this branch.
(2024/08/23) There were more staff than customers when I went, making the working space very crowded. The pizza slices were quick to get and on their prices, but that should be it. Not enough cheese and the dough tasted too thick to me, maybe because of reheating? The cheesecake though being slightly smaller than I thought, tasted good. May come back to order a whole pizza later.

I ordered a pizza slice for a quick snack and it had a hair inside the slice. when I told the staff about the hair, they said its not theirs and acted very rudely. This was the worst experience I ever had in Canada so far. rude customer service and disgusted hair in my pizza slice ??

I have two full slice cards which is supposed to be redeemed for a medium 2 topping pizza and they refuse to honor them even though there's is no expiry date
