called this location to place a delivery order and clearly asked for a chicken pizza. I even repeated it twice to make sure there was no confusion. But when the delivery arrived, I opened the box and found beef pizza instead. For me, that’s not a small mistake — I don’t eat beef for personal and religious reasons, so it was a huge disappointment and completely disrespectful to my beliefs.
When I immediately called the store back to explain what happened, the staff member didn’t take call may be store was busy

I’ve placed many orders here over time, and they’ve always delivered the best pizzas to me! In my opinion, they make the best Canadian pizza, especially my favorite custom one: the double chicken spinach pizza! 🍕
They’ve never let me down in front of my friends, whether they follow a Halal diet or are vegetarian!
