Not the same with the new owners. I ordered take out of the same dish I've had many many many times, C10 pepper steak with onion, wings and rice. In the past, the steak had a nice spicyness and flavour to the sauce. This time, no flavour, no sauce and a lot of fat and grissle. The amount of rice is way more than before, leaving little room for the steak. Was mostly green peppers with no sauce it seemed, and about 3 peices of onion. The wings were OK. I called to complain and the person argues with me that it isn't pepper steak, its steak with peppers. I complained that it tasted aweful, but they were more interested in argueing with me that it isn't supposed to be spicy. I know it always was in the past, which is why I order it. I would drive from the north end for this, but won't anymore. EDIT: The owner replies that they offered to replace but I refused. They did no such thing, so they also lie. The reason I called was hoping for a refund or something, but no offer was forthcoming. Their reply reaffirms I will never go back.

EDITED FROM 5 STAR DOWN TO 1. The previous owners sold last year and from the recent reviews you can see it hasn't gone well for the new owners. Sadly my favorite Chinese place in the city is basically gone with another place using its hollowed out husk.

The fried rice has been drastically changed...it's sticky, and clumps together. The flavour is different than before. This was my favourite Chinese takeout. Actually, my entire order tasted different, but not in a good way. After many years, I don't think I'll return.

The food we ordered, with the exception of crabmeat wontons that were ok, was not good at all! Very strange flavours nothing I’ve tasted before and I have been to many different Chinese restaurants. Too bad as it was a very expensive meal and not enjoyable. The spicy dishes are not spicy at all. They are very sweet so don’t be fooled by the little pepper beside the dish or make sure you add more heat. I asked for it to be mild and it ended up tasting like they added sugar ?. Oh and I did call to try and get resolution before posting this.

Authentic Chinese food. Good large food portion. Taste wise it's ok. Less flavor than other Chinese places. Overall a good place.

Ordered from here many times and food was always very good. Then tonight we ordered a seafood combination. But instead received the C3 combination due to language barrier. Upon calling them back to let them know they made a mistake they expected us to pay an extra 10$ and a second delivery fee. Also everything else did receive was unusually dry And overall a waste of money. Update**** Also found finger nail in one of the dishes upon further inspection.

I ordered Pad Tai, dinner for two combo and Singapore noodles. The food was good and the lady taking the orders was nice and helpful. Most definitely, I will frequent this place more often!I also love that they have changed the front entrance layout. Looks better than it did before.

Unlike some of the other reviewers, I always find my food from here very tasty and a great value. I particularly love the combination plate options, and they usually feed me for two meals. They use the right amount of sauce, and the portions are very generous. Thanks, Golden City!Vegetarian options: There is a section of their menu specifically for vegetarians.Parking: Getting in and out of the parking lot is difficult, and I find the lot dangerous, but there is plenty of free parking in this plaza.

Good food for reasonable prices. The general tso's chicken is mouthwatering. I would eat it everyday for the rest of my life if they gave it to me for free. The fortune cookies are also the best in the world.

We go to eat here at least once a week for lunch . Sesame chicken and rice with a spring roll, all amazing. Best spring roll I've had in a long time. Chicken balls with rice and egg roll , again so so good. Clean oil , rice is always tasty.

Read online that this place ranked as one of the top 3 best Chinese food restaurants in London. I was so excited to try it but couldn’t have been more disappointed. The chicken rice was completely flavourless, the beef and veggies as well. In fact the veggies were so undercooked, almost raw and reminded me more of a beef stew style than Chinese food. The chicken balls were your typical chicken balls. I ended up giving my dinner to my husband and deciding to have a bowl of Shreddies for dinner instead. I would not recommend this place.
