Went to get a special final fantasy promo with a friend. Wound up ordering Taro Milk tea. It was terrible. Tasted like water with a hint of taro and the tapioca pearls weren't finished either. Girlfriend got some strawberry drink that tasted like perfume. Staff was nice and polite and the place was nice and clean.

Drinks here are usually good! but for the past couple days I’m repeatedly trying to contact them by phone and no one picks up, why have a phone line if no one’s going to pick up? What are we supposed to do if we have questions and don’t want to drive all the way downtown to ask it. I have literally called maybe 4 or five times throughout the day.

We ordered witches brew I think it was and it tasted amazing.

The mango slush was great, but the bubble waffle tasted like dried bread. The advertisement for the waffle made it look like there was chocolate in it but there wasn’t any.
On Saturday morning, I visited the establishment. While the drinks were enjoyable, I found the staff to be lazy and unprofessional as one of them was more focused on a personal call than attending to orders.
