Worst bacon, egg, and cheese I’ve ever had. I honestly would’ve been happier taking the bagel home and making the sandwich myself. The hash brown tasted like it had freezer burn, which makes it obvious they don’t sell many of them. That said, the shop has a great old-school vibe; the staff was very friendly, and it was nice watching the bagels being made right in front of you.

Found it expensive for bagels. However, bagels were light , fresh, unlike the dense ones we get at other QSR & stores. The specialty bagels were not that great for the price. A good place for fresh baked bagels.

Very disappointed that you use miracle whip in your chicken salad. It makes it taste sweet,which to me is nasty. Recommendation use hellmans may. Didn't even eat it all. 😔

I walked in with low expectations and walked out genuinely impressed—with a super fresh salad and a massive bagel sandwich. The lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes fragrant—not those sad, days-old ones you find everywhere else. You know how rare it is to get a salad that tastes like you made it at home? This one nailed it.
And the bagel? Toasted perfectly on the inside, layered with silky lox and a bold garlic cream cheese. Absolute bliss.
While I ate, the staff handled a steady stream of customers with ease, all while keeping the floors and tables spotless. They moved together like seasoned musicians—coordinated, efficient, and totally in sync.
I only wish this wasn’t my last week in London. I’m thoroughly impressed by the food, the staff, and the cleanliness. A hidden gem I won’t forget!

The restaurant is located in Masonville, it offers different kinds of bagel with multiple choices to fill them e.g. vegetables , cheese, turkey, smoked beef, eggs, salmon or mix. The bakery is located inside the restaurant which explains why the bagel is fresh and delicious

The bagels are high quality but the skinny, short hair, Asian young lady that was there at 1:15 pm. On July 31st gave us the worst service ! She skipped us in the line and when I told her we were next she started arguing and ignore us. She helped 2 people first before us. If the customer service is awful in a place, that doesn't make you come back!!!! It is very unfortunate! I hope ownership take hands in this matter. First come, first serve ! Be kind, not aggressive...

We ordered two dozen bagels for a family event through Uber Eats. The bagels arrived undercooked and they were wet / gooey on the inside. My guess is that they were likely taken out of the oven early to fulfill the delivery timeline. The entire order (over $40!) had to be thrown out due to food safety concerns, and they were also inedible.
The restaurant management was not helpful at all and did not attempt to provide a resolution to this issue (refund, store credit, re-deliver the bagels). I called about 10 times to try to speak to someone who could help me resolve this, and every time I was told the manager was not in. Despite requesting a call back, no one ever called me!
We will NOT be attending this location again, although the one on Commissioners is excellent.
