Absolutely horrible people. Waited over an hour and a half for my delivery and when I called, they said the driver tried to deliver the food and no one answered the door when he knocked.. Complete BULL, as I was waiting for over 45 minutes outside on my front step. No one came. Rude and unapologetic when I blantantly stated that the driver never showed up. Save your money and order from a company that will value your service.

TLDR: 3 stars for service & atmosphere because I just picked up my food and left. Nothing was above and beyond which is fine & not expected. Pizza was cooked very well and toppings were generous. Wings were delicious even without sauce
I almost didn’t order from here because of some of the reviews saying they mess up orders and don’t care to fix them/have rude customer service.
Im so happy I didn’t listen to them and I slightly feel like those reviewers may have been rude initially and just had their energy met. Or they dealt with different staff than I did but who knows.
I was a little nervous at first because when I called to make my order the girl that answered the phone just got straight to business with am I picking up or delivering rather than starting with hello which did at first make me think “damn the review ppl are right” so that would be my only critique is to start with a traditional “Hi gustos pizza what could I get for you” type greeting
However, when I picked up my pizza both staff were welcoming towards me. They didn’t seem to mind when I asked to look at it, the guy asked me what I thought and I said it looked so good and that was about it for our interaction.
Myself, mom and brother all had some we all enjoyed it. My mom said she’s going to keep ordering here going forward.
So yeah the bad reviews are prob haters with bad interpersonal, communication and/or conflict resolutions skills. To be fair tho it was my first time, first order so next time I’m in london I’ll order again and see if it’s as good as this time or I’ll see what my moms says if it’s sooner and make another review

I ordered a medium pizza. A walk in special. It was fantastic... I've eaten alot of pizza but the crust is so soft on top and crunchy on the bottom. It reminds me of the old Eastown pizza in my teenage days. Give it a shot. So good
Ordered 6 large pizzas for my daughter’s birthday party and the pizza was phenomenal, fresh, tasted amazing everyone loved it and very reasonably priced. Won’t go anywhere else for pizza!

If I could go back in time I wouldn't order from this place. They're surviving off the reputation of the previous owners. The food is garbage, either burnt, raw or full of hair take your pick. The customer service is absolutely atrocious, like they are the rudest people I've ever met they literally do not care about the customers. If you get pick up you'll stand there forever waiting while the staff ignore you and your food gets cold sitting on top of the ovens that is if they even make it and don't simply tell you you never placed an order. If you get delivery you're just gonna have to go into the store to get the rest of your order anyway so don't bother. They simply don't care.
