They serve a nice jasmine tea and water when you arrive. The food is delicious. I would recommend their house fried rice which comes with shrimp and chicken. My son loved the lollipop chicken and the chili chicken (spicy) was enjoyed by my husband and I.
I'd rate a 4 star if there was enough transparency around the timings of this restaurant. They chose to close down at the middle of last Friday's late afternoon at 15:30 EST and there's not one person who is there to acknowledge (not to mention, official phone switched off as well - several attempts trying to call on their number) or let the hungry customer's know that they're closed (except the OPEN light was turned off). After this long hungry frustrating wait time, at around 16:10 EST, upon doing a sneak peek into the restaurant from their glass doors, I was able to get hold of a waitress who came down to escort some guests on their way out (perhaps they entered the restaurant before this ghost closing time), who, to my surprise said that they're closed at the moment and would reopen at 16:30 EST regardless of my requests to her to let me in as I had an infant along with me on this snowy cold afternoon, she came back stating that her manager disapproved my entry, very unwelcoming gesture.
Yet, I took a ride to get some other work done and returned to the restaurant again by the ghost reopening time.
Food was great. Atmosphere was great. Service was good (can ignore some late arrivals of dishes).

We ordered Hakka fried rice and Hakka Special Tandoori Chicken Chowmein for two people through uber eats.Portion sizes were more than enough and both were really delicious. If any one has a doubt to select a new restaurant to try in London, I would definitely recommend Hakka Chinese Restaurant for its genuine service to the customers.

The food and prices are amazing. We have some to have a few family favourites and have yet to order something we don't like. With It being halal, it gives us a lot of choices (great serving sizes) at a really decent price.

Sorry but usually they have amazing food but my most recent order I basically had to throw in the garbage. I ordered the crispy Thai beef and it was so salty my wife and I both were totally disgusted by it. A little salty is one thing this almost felt like it was done on purpose. Also I've watched this company increase their prices three times since I started going here and the customer service isnt the best when eating in.
