Hakka Cuisine and Kerala Cuisine, under the leadership of Soman, is cloud 9. It's probably one of the best foods in both cuisines that I have had in Canada. Hidden gem and must try.

The dosa was perfectly crisp, infused with rich ghee flavor, and served just the way I remembered from back in India. It was not just food—it was comfort, nostalgia, and happiness on a plate. This is a must-try for anyone who loves authentic South Indian flavours.
