Came for their grand opening. They said they would be open at 12 and they opened at 12:45. I stood in line in the cold prepared to wait for an hour, but not ONE HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINS in the COLD. They took half an hour doing social media pics and vids and celebrating with family and friends while making everyone stand outside in the cold. If you say youre going to open at 12pm, OPEN AT 12PM NOT 12:45. And why didn’t I leave? Because I made the initial commitment and they kept saying only a few minutes. In short, this business prioritizes social media over their customers. My hands were NUMB.
I used to love this place when it was Halfdose …it’s terrible now that Shelby’s bought it over. I ordered some on uber eats and it was disgusting. Today I went and picked up some from the store and I’m even more disappointed. I found plastic in my croffle. Absolutely disgusting.

I would and have recommended Abbas to many people. Not only are the smoothies and shakes absolutely delicious but the service is beyond fantastic. The first time I went the man serving us was beyond helpful and offered us a sample of a Kiwi Tea which was delicious! We got a strawberry smoothie and loved it so much we went back the next day and the guy was working again and remembered us! Which was really nice. We went a few times after and loved it each time. Tonight we went back again after not being for a while and a new man was working and he was so lovely. He let us try a sample of the bastachio and then recommended the Raspberry Hibiscus Iced Tea my boyfriend asked if he could have a sample of it and he ended up just making us a whole drink for free. It tasted amazing. We got a strawberry vanilla smoothie and Abbas special which was honestly amazing. They also always are asking for your opinion and I had mentioned about their menu having lots of Mango options and that it would be nice if they had more. He was so delighted to hear this and let us know he would be updating the menu soon even with some coffee options! Would highly recommend this place but be prepared to never want to go anywhere else but here again!!!

Freshly made to order. This place was clean, comfortable to dine in and affordable. Definitely recommend eating while it's hot/warm and with the glove! The glove was a fun touch and made this an experience. I will definitely be back!
Best milkshake and smoothies in london! Love all of his drinks . My favourite is the new matcha milkshake (MUST TRY). My second favourite was Abbas mix. It has a great atmosphere and very clean. My daughters loved it and the owner (Fakri) is very generous and kind and offer a great service?thank you

These shakes are so refreshing and the croffles are really light and fluffy yet still has a crunch. The bistachio is to die for, would also recommend Abba's mix. Would be nice to sip on a hot summer day. I would still drink these year round to be honest.
There are gloves provided with the croffles, so much easier to feed to toddlers compared to a fork and knife.
the staff were so nice and the service was excellent. highly recommend.
