Wanted to try as it entered the market downtown. The latte was super weak. Not worth the 7 bucks for milk. Prices of baked goods were overpriced and couldn't have been fresh as the place doesn't have anyone making said baked goods. All I see are fridges...... Not worth the hype or price. Disappointed. Other coffee places in the market are much better.

Happiness? More like Sadness. The owner doesn’t allow anyone to sit down in the only two large tables available, and there’s a “Reserved” sign on them at all times. The logic is that in case a bigger group walks in, they’d have bigger spots available. I came in as soon as they opened, and there was absolutely no one inside and it remained that way for the duration of my stay. I asked if I could be seated in one of the bigger tables to take advantage of the better lighting and that I would move immediately if any larger groups walked in and they refused. Their food was nothing to write home about and they don’t even share their Wifi as exclusive to staff. There are numerous more customer friendly cafes nearby, and I suggest everyone to go elsewhere if they plan to study/work for several hours.

I ran in just before they closed and got a pack of 6 macaroons for $20, lemon iced tea, and a lemon raspberry mousse cake. Everything was amazing, some of the best macaroons I’ve ever had!

The construction on Wellington street is unfair for the happiness cafe business. The construction on Wellington street has been going on for quite some time. It is my favourite cafe. Every-time I come to London Ontario, I always make sure I order as much items as I can.Although- there is no public wifi.It is a wonderful place to eat, drink tea, coffee and to order multiple cupcakes.I totally recommend this local safe cafe!Kid-friendliness: Soothing musicWheelchair accessibility: Patio.

This place is owned by the sweetest people. I came in to the shop for their 2nd birthday with my son and they had a prize wheel and I won a $5 gift card. It was lost sometime when I got home and recently I found it again. Excited I made my way into the store today for a treat- sadly I was told it was an old card so I couldn’t use it as there was no way to ring it in. I was kind of disappointed but I placed my order and sadly left the gift card with the girl at the cash.I ordered the light turkey sandwich on a croissant and a strawberry champagne mousse cake. Presentation was so beautiful and soooooo yummy. Despite my sadness about the gift card I was happy with my purchases. I would definitely visit again. I love supporting local.

Loved going to their Masonville location but once they closed I decided to try the downtown location. The food quality is still consistent, however they do not offer public wifi which as a cafe seems odd to me as I am a student who studies a lot. This would be a great place for students to come and get work done but not having wifi is definitely going to drive away that clientele. Would recommend but not for a lengthy stay.

We ordered two drinks and one sundae and one piece of chocolate cake. It was delicious but a bit pricey. The place is really cute. Very aesthetic place to click pictures.

My friend's gender reveal completely ruined due to lack of instructions on website which resulted in the first time mom picking up and seeing the gender beforehand! To top it off not being able to contact them directly on their phone but as well the owner being incredibly rude to my friend and not willing to rectify the situation.

Disappointed and unimpressed. My best friend loved the cafe and their desserts and wanted their Boho baby reveal cake for her baby shower. The cake was ordered and upon pick-up, her gender reveal was RUINED as the outside of the cake was frosted in the colour of the gender IN AN OPEN VIEW CAKE BOX PACKAGE. She was completely distraught and cried all the way home. The surprise was completely ruined and she was unable to enjoy the gender reveal with her husband. As a business that makes cakes for special occasions, I would expect for an occasion like that the cake would be FULLY enclosed in the box and COVRED COMPLETELY so that the cake would not be visible given that the frosting was the colour of the gender. You don't know who is picking up the cake! The lack of due diligence is astounding, especially for an occasion like this.Additionally, upon sharing her grievance with the cafe, she was treated with disrespect and rude behaviour from the manager and a lack of accountability. No apology nor resolution for this grievance was relayed by the manager. You have just lost numerous customers. Will not buying anything from this cafe ever again!

Imagine this. You’re an expecting mother. Your first baby, and you’re beyond excited to have a little gender reveal party with your closest friends. So who do you choose to do your gender reveal cake? The most important part of the event- if I do say so myself! We chose Happiness Coffee Store, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster.Firstly, the instructions on the website are very vague and misleading.Secondly, because of the issue above we tried calling the store to get assistance, but their phone lines were down.Thirdly, when we got the cake it wasn’t what we wanted.Talk about disappointment after disappointment, and so much frustration just trying to plan what was supposed to be a cute and important day.To top it all off, when we called the owner to let her know what happened, and to let them know that they made an error, the owner was rude, and had no useful advice or help to offer. Just a bad attitude and lack of consideration towards a customer. You’d think after ruining such a big day they would feel some kind of remorse. Well not here… because clearly this store does not in fact care for their customers’ Happiness.Happiness Coffee Store = Hot Mess Express.Do not recommend relying on them for any big days or events.

I was visiting London, Ontario and my friend Marie took me here and it was an extraordinary treat ! We walked over for breakfast . Don’t let the construction occurring out front deter you from visiting this Happiness spot ! The ambiance is very relaxing . The assortment of savory and sweet is delightful ! I loved eating the prosciutto and fig waffles and Nutella and banana along with a great cappuccino. Along I got some treats to go ! Thankful for this establishment. Support this local gem !Kid-friendliness: Great spot !
