We came on a drive thru and asked to order a buffalo wrap and a classic poutine. I wanted to do some modifications on my order. The lady who took my order was really annoying and was rushing the order. She kept on saying anything else 5 times in 2 seconds while I was asking to give me some time to decide my order. When I came on the window and asked why were you guys rushing my order, the employee said that why are you so decisive. I mean I want to modify my order the way I want and what is the problem in that.??? Plus about the order that I received, the fries felt uncooked, there was barely any gravy in my poutine. Hated coming on this branch

Ordered through skip. Received total cold burger and poutine even when it was picked 5mins before delivery. Very poor taste won’t recommend anybody

I come here at least once a week for their Buffalo nuggets, they’re always nice on the speaker and even remember my order. great food great people!
Spent almost $30 in food items and the only half acceptable item was the Pepsi. The burgers were not fully cooked, the cheese was skimpy, they put so much mustard and ketchup on my burger that the bun was soggy and dipped of condiments. The chicken nuggets were semi ok but not as good as other locations or other establishments. The lady working the drive thru lacked good customer service skills and was extremely unprofessional. Harvey's is usually my go-to burger restaurant, but this location will not get me as a repeat customer.

I was at Harveys last Monday. A kind young gentleman was working, amazing service. I would highly recommend comparing to the other Harvey’s in the city and will be coming back.

Went through and ordered a couple burger combos, waiting roughly 12-15 minutes, but 2 of the 3 burgers has the wrong toppings on them, some ones that weren’t even said. Ordered 2 poutines and 1 with onion rings, they gave us fries instead of onion rings, so we had to wait an additional 3 minutes for that to be fixed. Them after leaving we realized we didn’t get any of the additional sauces we paid for, so we had to go back through again. This location is about a50/50 chance they mess up your food. It’s pretty nuts tbh
