The staff here are friendly and very pleasant to interact with. They are always on point with my order. One big thing that standout to me is just how clean and well kept the restaurant is. I am always impressed with their attention to detail and keeping the place not just clean, but sparkling. Seriously, it is obvious that they take pride in keeping it looking good. They put other well known establishments on the same road to shame. Thanks for a great visit, every time.

Ordered angus burger n drinks. Took one bite to realize burger not cooked , was still half raw. Onion rings weren't edible either. My wife's order also wrong order given. We will never come back. Has dampened my feeling on Harvey's food but strengthened my feelings on London in general

This is the worst Harveys. This is my 2nd time having issue with this.
I ordered poutine with extra gravy and it comes out with hardly any grave.
Not recommended at all.

I have been coming to this location since I was a child and over the years it has always been tastefully updated. The staff has been fast and helpful. One person, in particular, named Era, would always remember me and my order and get it started right away.

I had a great experience at Harvey’s recently! The food was fresh, well-prepared, and exactly what you’d expect from a classic Canadian burger spot. Everything—from the juicy burgers to the perfectly crisp fries—was served hot and just the way I wanted.
A special shout-out to Amritpal, one of the staff members working there. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. He made sure my order was accurate and even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. His customer service really stood out and made my visit even better.
Highly recommend visiting this location if you're looking for good food and great service. Thanks again, Amritpal and the Harvey’s team!

I ordered 2 original burgers one chocolate milkshake and a large onion ring.
Total came to $18.60.
I got to whe window and was handed my food was very happy on the speed of the order until I realized I was not only short a burger but I was given a medium onion ring.
I asked where the large onion ring and the second burger was they fixed the onion ring but told me I need to pay an additional $8 for the second burger. I just pulled out of the driveway. I'm so very sad. This was one of my favorite restaurants growing up and now not so much.
First, Harvey’s should train their staffs properly and also they have to wear name tag so the person who gave a bad service will be named.
Second. I came to this location as it is my favourite one and I always come here to support them. But from now, NEVER COME BACK.
Here is a story. I ordered a large size (12 pcs) of Chicken Nuggets, but received 6 pieces and a bunch of tiny crunchy bits ( definitely they came from the bottom of the bag). I had to drive all the way back, then the Indian lady as the counter saw what was in the box and told me: “You ordered chicken nuggets, you got them.”
I said: But I ordered 12 pcs and you gave me less than 12. I started to take the bits out to show her.
She rolled her eyes, did not even say sorry, threw the whole thing in the garbage.
And said: “Okay, I will make a fresh one.”
Sounds normal, and problem solved. But no, why the hack you made your mistake and acted like I lied for your crappy job and like I stole the nuggets. They were still fresh and had a time on the receipt.
She did not even want to make eye contact with me but just wanted to give me a sided eye. What a horrible customer service!
Let me teach you what RECIPE- The cooperate that own Harvey’s- teach me on customer service: First, give a proper apology. Then, instead of insulting your customer by threw the box into garbage IN FRONT OF THEM. How about saying: I am sorry, let me make up for this. You can keep that order.
That is what RECIPE UNLIMITED wants to give their customers.
Oh baby, trust me, I will tell every of person that I know to not come here to support your bad customer service.
Remember, the lack of 6 pcs nuggets will cost $6 not cheap!
