What an amazing experience! I was blown away by the quality of both the food and the service at this fast food spot. DC was absolutely fantastic – not only were they super friendly and attentive, but they also gave an excellent burger recommendation. I tried the Buffalo chicken burger based on their suggestion, and it was hands down one of the best burgers I've ever had! Perfectly seasoned, with just the right balance of flavors. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the service was quick. I’m definitely coming back for more! Huge shoutout to DC for making my visit so memorable!

I recently visited this fast food spot and had a pretty great experience overall. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the burger that was recommended by DC. They suggested the classic double cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint – juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection! The service was good, though there was a slight wait due to a rush, but DC was friendly and professional throughout. They were knowledgeable about the menu and made a fantastic recommendation. I would definitely come back, though I hope the wait time is a little shorter next time. Highly recommend this place for a quick, delicious burger!

In the drive through, I ordered #2 combo with fries and iced tea. As well as a large poutine. I requested on the angus burger, lettuce, onion, hot peppers, mustard, relish and pickles. The employee repeated the order correctly at the speaker. I thought, yay you got it right this time.
When I got home, I couldn’t understand how the recipe has a list of different toppings than I ordered and the burger has another set of toppings on it! Only ketchup, mustard and tomato! 😵💫😑
It appears your location has an ongoing employee communication/training issue and needs to tighten up your quality control.
Once again I gave this Harvey’s another chance after they screwed up my orders the last visit, and the one prior. It’s now been 3 visits in a row where my order has not been correct. I think this one was the last visit. If for some reason I end up back at this location, I will be not using the drive through.

was just turned away at the door cause i had a un-opened beer in my pocket i picked up next store to go with my meal. no alchohal in my system, guy just saw it and turned me away while he was dropping off food to a diver nearby. had no intention of staying, just wanted the food to go. this isnt my first issue with this store, they serve you green tomatoes, ect. they dont care about quality at all, been going here for years, im finally done with them.
