got coffee beans. Collection is good, quality is Ok but price is too much. learnt my lesson that supporting local businesses is not always a good experience. going back to Costco.

I wrote a bad review a while back in Dec… Joel corrected and changed my perspective today! I’d say steer clear of their espresso if you don’t like dark roast equivalent, he made it up to me with a free drink (no espresso) it was really good. Changed my mind. I’ll be back again. Thank you Joel.

I googled the reviews of this place before we went and wanted to give it a chance. We ordered 2 - 16oz vanilla latte’s for $17!!

The coffee tasted extra sweet. We asked for them to remake it and on the second attempt, the coffee tasted burnt. It was worst than the first attempt. We had to throw our coffee away. Tim Horton’s is better and much cheaper.

We like to try out different coffee places in London but to say it was extremely disappointing is an understatement.

If your coffee costs that much then the quality must match it. Would not recommend.

Here i am at london trying to explore the coffee culture, to be honest the coffee are good its just me being a south east asian we dont drink ultra dark roast coffee where you would have an affer taste of over cooked beans, but neverthe less i will definetely go again and try the other menu that is suitable to my asian tongue taste 😁.

I tried to ask about their roasting style, as i do roast my own beans back in my home country for my personal consumtion, but unfortunately i think the lady was abit unhappy and wasnt too polite even tough she was not busy att all.
The hospitality could be better but its just a minor suggestion

Can’t say about their beans, but their caffè latte is quite expensive and quite bad - tastes more bitter and burnt than Starbucks… 😔

Oh these guys are great! All the baristas are amazing and super friendly! I usually go there to get a decaf coffee but you get type of coffee you want. They'll totally fill up a thermos cup if you bring it. They also sell amazing whole beans which I have bought on many occasions. If you ask, they'll be happy to give recommendations. I would totally recommend! Its a London institution!

The coffee here is always on point. It does not disappoint. I've tried the sweet hazelnut iced coffee as well as the hazelnut cold brew, best coffee I've ever had. When having the cold brew, ask about the good stuff, trust it's the best way to cold brew. Recommend 5/5

Good spot to grab a drink and a snack after work or in the afternoon. I come here more than I'd probably like to admit, honestly.

Had a caramel cold brew today and it was so tasty. They have a lot of options for beans and other drinks! Service was really good too! Will definitely go back!
