I wanted a coarse grind of coffee because I have a cold brew carafe that I let sit overnight to make my coffee. Fine grinds go right through the filter. Either the service woman didn't understand or ignored my request because the coffee is so fine I can't even use it. $25 bucks for nothing. When someone says coarse, they mean chunks/pieces of coffee beans. Not powder!

Try the "Black Velvet" house blend - you won't regret it!Also a nice selection of celiac friendly gluten free baked goods (made off site) in addition to the other standard yummy treats.
