I hadn’t been to Haven for a while, when they first opened they were delicious. I went recently on Christmas Day and was disappointed- very sweet flavors that tasted a little like icebox freeze. I hope they refresh their recipes soon!

Honestly, great ice cream. Seriously disappointing to read that you’re open, pack the family in the car, and drive 25 minutes into London’s core to find out your hours aren’t correct. It’s 2024, you should be updating your Google Business profile before you even update your door sign… ps, they’re open at 3pm on weekdays…

My favourite ice cream place! The flavours are delicious, rich and creamy. They have classic flavours as well as creative and feature flavours for the more adventurous. London fog is my go-to; last week I tried the Butter tart, and it was like a dessert within a dessert. The chocolatey creamy goodness of Smores brought me back to memories of childhood and campfires. Strawberry is bursting with the flavour of real fresh pureed strawberries and cream. Cereal milk tastes just like the milk left over after having a bowl of frosted flakes or frosted cheerios; again a throwback to childhood! Vegan,dairy free options are also available though I haven't tried these.

Got the butter tart ice cream. Flavour is good, portion is pretty reasonable, and the butter tart chunks were great.
Ice cream itself is a bit loose/icey though. I prefer mine to be heavy and dense.

My family and I loved our icecream stop at Haven's creamery. I can't believe it but the outstanding flavor for my hubby and me was not their rich chocolate, salty caramel or decadent cookie dough (although I'm still dreaming about those cookies dough chunks), but was the humble and outstanding cereal and milk! Never had such a satisfying ice cream flavour! Thanks to the lovely and patient staff as we made our choices and for serving us up the perfect combinations!

I went to this creamery with high hopes but they fell short. the ice cream (strawberry) had a great texture but was lacking in flavour. also as I was going to throw my napkin in the trash there was a piece of metal sticking out of the patio that I tripped over and injured my foot. might want to get that removed before someone seriously injures them self.
