Delicious đ My only complaint is that they should stack the softer ice cream or sorbet on top of rhe more firm ice cream so it can be eaten before it melts. Ice Cream stacking 101.
Really enjoyed the strawberry cheesecake đ€€
All flavors taste almost the same, couldnât notice what I was eaten. If you like just a sweet flavor, go there
Lovely! The passion mango sorbet with tequila was awesome!
Woman behind the counter was very nice! Kids liked their ice cream. Shop was a little boring looking though I understand minimalism is likely what they're going for. As I have allergies, I couldn't have any of the ice cream, which is usual, I didn't expect to. However, when asking about ingredients, she didn't have access to them. This should be open knowledge for everyone.
Always wanted to try Havens since moving from Toronto, finally had the chance to check it out and when I say VILE I mean it. It tasted like eating crystallized milk and the chalkiest ice cream Iâve ever tried. This is a no for us. Couldnât even finish what we got.
Great flavours of ice cream, a perfect way to cool down
Crazy good.
It tastes artisanal and they have vegan options. good portions and you can ask to taste them.
Friendly staff too
My partner and I used to love walking our dog down to this little ice cream shop in our neighborhood. We found we could always trust ice cream was made with good ingredients, staff were friendly, and they offered new fun flavours on rotation.
However, during a recent visit, they denied selling us kid-sized cones stating they were now enforcing the policy of âunder 5 years-oldâ more strictly.
I hope they remove this policy in the future, as we simply cannot eat a larger amount of ice cream without being wasteful.
We decided not to order and wonât be back for some time: we hope the owners hear this feedback and bring back kiddie cones for all ages.
They have big portion sizes which is awesome I only need a kiddie to be filled up. Waffle cone was delicious and my husband loved the butter tart flavour

Great flavors
Iâve been to Heavenâs Creamery multiple times and have always ordered the Kiddos Cone â itâs the perfect size for when you just want a small treat. But during my recent visit, Cole told me it was âonly for 5-year-oldsâ and refused to let me order it. I found that strange since Iâve had it before with no issue.
What made it even more frustrating was that, after we placed our order, I watched Cole serve the exact same Kiddos Cone to other customers who were clearly not 5 years old â full-grown adults, in fact. So which is it? If itâs a policy, it should be enforced consistently. Otherwise, it just feels like arbitrary gatekeeping.
The ice cream might be good, but the inconsistent rules and lack of customer care made for a really disappointing experience. I donât usually leave reviews, but this left a sour taste â and not the good kind.
Havenâs creamery was a longtime favourite of mine for their waffle cones and London Fog ice cream. Today I went in and ordered the same, but maybe the formula changed. The ice cream was extremely chalky, tasted like there was almost no sugar added, and bitter. It had a gritty texture and dried out my mouth, and was inedible to the point that I had to throw it away. I still ate the cone though, which was reliably good. I also ordered the baklava ice cream which was tasty, so it seems like London Fog was the only off-flavour. Still, this flavour was my longtime favourite so I was pretty disappointed by it, hopefully itâs just an off-day.
Iâve only been here twice, and honestly, I donât get the hype. The ice cream had a weird gritty texture both times, almost like sand? Not sure whatâs going on there, but it made it hard to enjoy. We didnât finish our ice cream.
The staff are friendly, which I appreciate, but the ice cream just isnât it for me. There arenât a lot of options for flavours, and the space it self is bland. Wanted to love it, but after two tries, I most likely wonât be back.
Good service
And the ice-cream was next level delicious đ
