They canceled a confirmed reservation the day of, stating that our credit card was declined and they could not guarantee the reservation. No phone calls, just an email at 6:09pm when we were already on our way.
The strangest thing is that we were able to stay at another hotel that night and we used the same credit card without an issue.
The manager on duty was very unprofessional.

Decent hotel. Clean. Recently renovated. Very close walking to midscale eats. The nearby construction creates minor navigation issues. Would go again if I am ever back in London.

Nice hotel in London, ON. Big, spacious room and were quite clean too. Special thanks to Nicole at the reception. She was professional and nice. Excellent service. Would love to visit again. Highly recommended.

Rooms were nice. The pool was not clean. Good service.

Have left a review and emailed about being overcharged and the lack of customer service at the front desk. Still no solution. Not only does this hotel NOT answer there phones AT ALL don’t expect more than a copy paste reply here or by email and when replying by email they ghost you.

Twice I’ve stayed 11-13 nights at this property while on business in London (from TX). Housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating; the front desk is professional without being sappy. I’ll stay there again!

Super friendly staff at the front, they gave a lot of information to make sure we would have a good stay. We upgraded to a suite with a king bed and it was really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Although we found a leftover takeout box from the people before that was left behind in the fridge, some of the windows were broken or taped up and blurry so couldn’t have a nice view. The bed was comfortable but all night we can hear the toilet bubbling. Their gym and breakfast is currently closed for renovations so if you want breakfast they give out vouchers for stacked for an additional price. Good location right off the highway if you’re looking for a cheap stay to hit the road right after.
