Stayed here over a weekend with the family. Realized quickly our toilet did not flush properly. Maintenance was quick to come and check it out, said he fixed it and left. I also found out that the pool was closed even though the IHG app and hotel website did not mention that. Its a shame because the family packed and was excited for the pool. When we left for our adventure and returned we realized things were different in our room. I quickly spoke with front desk and was told...
Had to stay here for 2 weeks while renovations were done on our house . Everything was perfect from the room to the excellent service. Aarju was so helpful to us and treated us like family . Thank you to all the staff for making our stay fantastic!.

Room was very spacious. Bathroom sink was slow to drain, but it was repaired quickly with no fuss.
All the staff are polite and helpful. Sunil was exceptional at helping make some changes to my booking.
I would absolutely stay here again.
