Harry our waiter/bartender/ambient music director was excellent and really contributed a positive vibe to whole meal. We really liked each item we tried and found the shared portions sizes to be very generous. We will definitely be back to try more items. Three of us shared 6 items and it was more than enough food.
We love it here! So many great seasonal options & something for everyone. Service is always great as well.
To food is always phenomenal. I've been many times to Hunter and Co. (10 plus) but unfortunately they were short staffed. Dishes sat on the table for two hours before anyone came to get them, and a second drink was very delayed in arriving. Dishes arrived cold to the table. Definitely need more wait staff but cocktails and food are incredible. (Even when delivered cold!!)
As always, the food, service and vibes here are immaculate. The best part? As a newly diagnosed celiac, I've struggled to find places that have enough options - and Hunter and Co. go above and beyond. Most of the dishes can be modified (and they are super informed about the modifications). It was honestly an amazing feeling to have so many options available.
Great Experience! Excellent staff and amazing bartenders!! Definitely a must-go bar in London
Very nice restaurant in the center of London, great experience, delicious food and amazing drinks, perfect to celebrate Birthdays with small group of friends.
Been here two times. Thought I'd give it another chance. Totally wrong move. Duck pork dumplings inedible due to ridiculous amount of salt. Same with pork belly burnt ends. Never was asked if we wanted a drink. After 20 minutes went to the bar to order myself and they still got the order wrong even though it was two beer. $24 for a glass of wine?? Seriously?? $22 for the “drink of the day? Small drinks, small glasses, small salty plates, terrible service. The only big things here are the prices!! No wonder no one was in the restaurant on a Friday night. Will not be coming back. Far too many other better restaurants at WAY more competitive prices. Can't imagine this place will be open for long. We actually didn't even finish the dinner as you could not eat it and we went to another place to dine. Skip this place for sure!!
Very great experience, love the drinks made by Harry. Nice and lovely dinner at Hunter&Go.
What a delightful and perfect find on a Sunday night in a snow storm! The guys were incredibly welcoming, the cocktails were fantastic and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed the original menu. We would definitely go back again and again.
Visited Hunter & Co. for the first time yesterday, and the experience was very different from the 4.7 rating online.
The dishes did not match the menu photos, and the oysters were not fresh. They had grit that wasn’t cleaned properly, were very small with almost no meat, and offered no value for the price. It really affected our dining experience.
Seeing all the overly positive reviews online, the actual quality felt inconsistent with them, and there may be some rating manipulation.
I would advise others to be cautious.

Unique menu items, fun drinks, great personable service (thank you Harry), cozy/moody dinning room. Ticks all my boxes!
My husband and I are from BC and decided to try out Hunter & Co and we had an incredible dining experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. We ordered a selection of dishes to share, and each one impressed us in a different way.
The oysters were fresh and perfectly chilled, a great start to the meal. The steak tartare was beautifully seasoned, the fried calamari had the perfect crisp without being greasy and packed with flavour, but the standout of the night — hands down — was the braised octopus. It was tender, rich, and easily our favourite dish of the evening.
We also shared the sirloin steak au poivre and it was cooked perfectly and had an amazing depth of flavour. We paired everything with a bottle of Bacheller, which was absolutely fantastic — highly recommend ordering it.
Overall, the atmosphere, service, and food were all top-notch. We would definitely come back!

Hunter & Co. absolutely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and completely comfortable — the kind of atmosphere you can’t fake.
The service was outstanding across the board. Our server, Jess H., was exceptional: warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The bartender Harry deserves special praise as well — creative, talented, and clearly passionate about crafting the perfect drink. And Cal, who brought out our food, made us feel truly cared for with his friendly presence and thoughtful attention.
Great service, great people, great experience.
Hunter & Co. has definitely earned a spot on our favourites list. Highly recommended!

Hunter & Co does a fantastic job, especially with the limited space they have. The food was spectacular and the tapas style service made it easy to try a variety of menu items. The chef pays close attention to details with beautiful presentation. Our server was extremely friendly and very attentive. Overall it was a spectacular evening out.

Good food and great service. Limited vegetarian options however wherever they offer for vegetarians is amazingly delicious! I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to go back again.
