I used to come here regularly, but unfortunately it’s gone super down hill with new owners. I loved their little squares, cake slices and cannolis, so I went and ordered about 16-18 for a staff meeting. My co worker and I both threw out what we started to eat after one bite, and I’m honestly not a picky eater. The cannoli filling had absolutely no flavor and the pastry was soft. I’m assuming it was in the fridge for days on days. I wouldn’t go back again.

Warm fresh bread and pastries. Loved the location and the customer service was like it should be. So happy the management has recently changed. They are very kind and helpful, they take product requests and tried their best to take note of things i asked them to bring /make. Can’t complain.

This may be New International Bakery but it doesn’t measure up to the Original by any means , don’t expect it to be an Italian deli anymore ..missing all the traditional deli meats ..prices are much higher and it is NOT Italian . Change the name to reflect what you sell !

Love the workers! The young man working there was so sweet and more then excited to help me out. There’s a wide variety of pastries and sweets to try. I noticed that they started to sell pizza again with different topping options, would definitely recommend. One of myFav stores for years, more than happy its up and running again!

I’ve been getting baked goods from them for 10+ years. It has went down hill, both in Quality of food and equally important. Customer service.I will never go back after 10 years of loyalty. The woman used her bare hands to handle my lunch. Zero stars

Used to buy bread, buns and rolls from here trusting and believing that they used quality ingredients.However as the condition of my rheaumatoid arthritis changed over the years I pay a closer attention to things that can trigger or aggravate the inflammation.So I read ingredients. I was shocked and horrified to see soy oil and soy flour listed in all their bread stuffs.Research it and you will see for yourself that these soy products are absolutely devastating for your health.I understand that ingredients are not cheap but to resort to using sub par ingredients is not acceptable.I no longer purchase anything there. They also did the same with their products in their Hamilton road store.Saddened by this. A shame they felt this was necessary to keep costs down, I'm only assuming.

I love this place! They prepare awesome dishes, their menu is varied, The cook in that restaurant is very experienced, I love very much tasting all their dishes. The food is consistently good, the attitude towards the visitors is good. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never disappointed. I recommend it to all.
