I ordered the cake in the morning for same-day pickup, basically just said “it’s a birthday cake for a mother, just make it taste and look good” — no other direction other than “vanilla”. He made it fresh with the most delicious lemony soak and the decoration was absolutely beautiful. The traditional icing impressed everybody. So smooth and not so rich like buttercream. You can eat a big slice of this. I’ve never eaten icing with a texture like that — dreamy. I think he could charge a lot more for these cakes. No other bakery comes close to this level of craftsmanship and professionalism. It was better than my $750 wedding cake, to be completely honest. Thank you, Cake Guy!

Jack is the best?. We are in town for Son’s graduation. All excited, forever happily exhausted and overwhelmed. I reached to Jack for a customised cake on 19th. Delivery date , 21st. Too little time. He graciously agreed. I was supposed to go and pay deposit on 20th, as I couldn’t do e-transfer. I went, and due to one thing or another couldn’t pay. I was running around for next day graduation preps. I thought I will buy a regular cake from a bakery?. But jack mesaged me that it’s fine. I can pay all together. His kindness doesn’t stop here. We were supposed to pickup the cake at 6 pm on 21st. ( we didn’t even think about delivery as it was a very rushed order).He had barely managed making it by 5:45. I was in the grad ceremony and he messaged me “ I heard you don’t drive. Let me deliver” Literally one of us would have needed to make 3 travels( college to cake guy, cake guy to home, home to dinner place), all within a small window as our dinner reservation was at 6.30. Jack just sensed what we do much needed and offered? Cake was the best vanilla flavour tasting we ever had. Can’t thank you enough Jack. By the way, order details was going over the roar of Niagara Falls? Good luck always?
