I don’t write a lot of reviews but I had to here. I was in Jacks recently and the bar tender, Hannah Christine, was the best bartender ever!!! So friendly! Remembered our drinks after our first round, just one of those servers that enhances your experience you know? I hope management knows they have a gem and promotes her or gives her a raise or something. Food is decent and it’s reasonably priced with a fun atmosphere but for me it’s all about the service
Got stuck at the front of the line for like 20 minutes on the Saturday of St. Patricks day weekend, the Asian bouncers as they called themselves took no bs and even turned down $300 from stupid drunk guys trying to cut the line. Very nice guys when they aren't being harassed by customers, give em a raise!
I visited this establishment a number of times during my youth. I’ve come a few times in recent years before concerts or to watch sporting events, and fortunately not much has changed. This is a bar where everyone knows your name. The food is very tasty and extremely affordable. The suds are also among the most appropriately priced in all of Middlesex County - especially on Monday and Wednesday. The service staff and security personnel are all quite friendly and approachable....
