I've been going to this restaurant almost every day because the food is genuinely tasty. But recently, I've noticed some disappointing changes. I ordered the samosa chaat, and the quantity was drastically reduced—almost half of what it used to be. Also, the dine-in area always feels cold and uncomfortable, which makes it hard to enjoy the meal. It feels like the owner is cutting costs in all the wrong places. On top of that, the prices are quite high, especially when other nearby places are selling vada pav for just $3. Great taste, but the overall experience is going downhill.

Visited the London outlet today.
Vadas are small and not like the ones available back home. The stuffing is mashed potatoes without the flavors and spices used in Maharashtra. Vada Pav is served with a burger roll and not the paav that it is normally served with and which is freely available across GTA. For the price charged the dish can at least be as original as it can be.
Misal is a strict ‘No No’! There is nothing in this dish that has ANYTHING even remotely resembling misal available in Mumbai, Pune or Kolhapur. No matki, no shev and whole lot of vegetable that I couldn’t identify but which is not found in misal by any means. Also SWEET! Have you had sweet misal ever? Than this is the place to go 😁!

Over all: GOOD FROM FAR, BUT FAR FROM GOOD!!!

i have just ordered pav bhaji from there and i noticed that they have not made new one they just heated up old one. They don't
even do tadka (tempering) again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. First, I was surprised to learn that they don’t even provide a complimentary cup of water — something that is basic hospitality. The staff seemed unfamiliar with their own menu, which made ordering frustrating over the call. I had ordered noodles for pick up and not only were they delayed, but when they finally arrived, they were undercooked and raw. It was clear they weren’t properly prepared. This kind of service and food quality is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Definitely consider changing the name of the restaurant should not disgrace Indian heritage when you can’t even serve a cup of water for free.

We tried their vadapav, Manchurian dry, bhakhri pizza , oreo shake etc. everything was perfectly well prepared and tested very good just like indian street food taste. At the end we also experienced their sugarcane juice and ice gola it was mind blowing, definitely going back soon.

Today i ordered manchurian fried rice at 3.25 p.m from ubereats. I get completely burnt manchurian. Unable to chew. All rice smells stale and tasteless. Even the veggies like bell peppers and onions in it are gone bad. I guess they Prioritize those who dine-in as they are profitable customers and can yell on face.
On calling their reception a lady was very unprofessional. No greetings no goodbyes. Just on-job frustrated employee.
Very disappointed. What a waste of money.

Terrible experience. They took hours to prepare 2 vada pav and chat. The taste was so basic nothing to boast about “best” vada pav. It’s below average and over priced. A BIG NO to this place. I even found a small hair in the vada. Unhygienic & Pathetic!!!

Tried for the first time, had the worst experience. Waited 30 minutes just to get a cold food. Way to less quantity as compared to other chinese spots. Barely had any manchurian though the name resembles manchurian noodle.

It feels like I should have read the reviews before checking out.
Wastage of time and money.
