Went to Jersey Mikes for our first time. Was greeted by the shift manager I think his name was Nick. Once we told him it was our first time, he quickly explained what each side of the bored was, what the famous subs were , and the employee favourites. Also explained how the meat and cheese was cut fresh at each sub. And much more. The bread was fresh, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. Lots of meat which he cut Infront of us. Not a lot of topping choices , however when we requested lots of pickles he didn’t disappoint. He was personable and talked to us while making the subs. Both the taste and the atmosphere of jersey mikes London was great. P.s give Nick a raise !

First time.. we shared the medium and it was great. 10 bucks for a medium but it was enough for 2. The vinegar oil sauce was a bit much.. next time will ask for 1/2 the amount. The toppings were fresh.. so much better than subway!! The staff were super friendly and thanked them for being so!!! Will definetly go back

The size options don’t do it for me. The giant is too big and the regular is too small. The service was great but in my opinion not it doesn’t work for me as I have found some hidden gems in London that trump it.

After Uber eats screwed us over for over an hour having drivers “pick up” and then “drop” the order making up lies as to why they couldn’t get to the restaurant.. I called JM’s to confirm there is no obstruction to the entryway and the man working confirmed they’ve had no issues with drivers picking up orders all day. Upon my call he offered to remake our subs that had been ready and waiting for Uber for over 30 minutes. BIG shout out to the guy working tonight for his kindness. Despite Ubers major mistakes, our subs arrived fresh and perfect thanks to this employee!

Ordered a Giant Original Italian to share with my partner, and the sub did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious sub and amazing staff, they were very informative and graciously welcomed us, as it was our first time visiting. Hoping for a location to open up in Niagara!

im sad to write this review because i used to really enjoy jersey mikes but ever since they renovated the quality has been so so much worse. Not only that but they just raised their prices on Uber eats to an absolutely insane amount. 25$ for a combo???? you should be disgusted with yourself for that. Absolutely pathetic and shameful. 25$ for a regular size sub combo that wont even be very good. 5$ FOR A COOKIE? another disgusting billion dollar franchise. Your quality has gotten worse, and youve started charging more. Pathetic pathetic pathetic. You actively can make the world a better place by choosing NOT to fall into corporate greed.

ubered sub, specifically said dairy allergy because i have an allergy. yet cheese was put onto my sub.

Doesn't matter who's working they constantly try to upsell like an oil change place. Today they twice purposely misheard mini sub for regular and the goof at the cash register rang in the higher amount. My next visit will be my last and when they charge me higher I'm taking the sub for free.
Edit: we’ll see next time I go in, can’t wait for a free sub.
